I am very disappointed! It turned out that the entire middle layer of pastry dough was raw and gummy this evening when we tried it

The outer layer was the only part we could eat. In addition, the $20 price tag seems extremely overpriced. The layers are just several layers of pastry dough (underbaked) with a small amount of sugar and cinnamon sprinkled between them. Neither raisins nor dried fruits nor nuts are allowed. I could have won a prize for this if the cost had been half. Do we split it open and bake it again, or do we just take home what we couldn't eat and throw it away? It was a total waste of money. For the little effort that it took to make it, I gave it 2 stars. I would appreciate it if you did not waste your money.
