There is so much dissatisfaction and disappointment in the purchases I made. It took me three (3) days to buy three (3). There were no resemblances to the package/descriptive photo in any of them. There was a look on all their faces as if they had been used in a volleyball game. In contrast to a typical tiramisu, it was very heavy and creamy. Those were just as horrifying to eat as they were to look at. It was a horrifying surprise when I received these mashed up gobbets of doughy stew that I had ordered for a holiday dessert. The fact that they look disgusting and taste disgusting would have prevented me from ordering a single (1), let alone three (3), from them. There was no option for zero (0) stars, so one (1) star is all I could give.
What a disaster! It is simply impossible for me to resist I was unable to find tiramisu in any of the stores near me when I ordered. My excitement was heightened when I found it on Amazon (triple the price of what it is at the store) and ordered it! My excitement was shot down almost immediately when it arrived in the mail. I ran inside like a child on Christmas morning when it arrived in the mail. I opened the package and discovered that the plastic that houses the cake appeared as if it was covered in brown smears. I was in a state of shock when I opened the plastic to check out my merchandise. Honestly, I thought my husband cleaned up our dog waste in our yard and played a gross joke on me as I stared at it! The packaging looked like a dog ate a plastic box and defecated and went to the bathroom. It was necessary for me to throw away both cakes that I purchased!.
