When I ordered 3 boxes of 50 packets, I mistakenly thought they were 3 boxes. Although I ended up receiving 150 packets in total, I did not receive boxes of 50 packets. A plastic bag was received by me in three pieces. Upon opening one plastic bag, both of the loose packets along with 4 boxes of 12 packets were inside. There were 50 loose packets in a second plastic bag, and four boxes of 12 packets with two loose packets were contained in a third plastic bag. As stated in the description, as shown in the picture, and even as written on the outside of every plastic bag that it came in, I was expecting three boxes of 50.

I came across a coffee that was Originally, I planned to give expired coffee as a gift, but how can I do that? It didn't expire last week either. The coffee was ordered on April 14 and has an expiration date of February. The product disappointed and irritated me so much I would like to return it as soon as possible.
I mean, the coffee sleeves are uncovered since the box came half open. Everyone knows that there's a virus out there that has caused devastating effects I won't be able to use these unless I clean them all. There was no care in the shipping of this.

If you open the package expecting a box of 50 Starbucks VIA packets, you will be surprised. I was instead able to find a white plastic mailer containing repackaged VIA packs. I have no idea if the coffee is authentic. Many of the packages were neither sealed properly nor exposed to water during packaging, resulting in the coffee inside the packages being ruined. The expiration date on the packages was September 2017, but you can still feel that the coffee is crystallized and hard inside.
This isn't the first time I've ordered this and it comes in the I reordered because I was pleased with the first order. I was unable to open the box because it had lost packets of my second order. The box was thrown away before I had the chance to taste the chocolate chip It felt like the packets weren't as full as they used to be and sure enough, the contents and the flavor weren't good at all. Because I threw out the container packaging, I did not have the option to return the product. Aside from that, I counted the packets and I did not receive 50, This order left me in a terrible mood.
