We have been drinking almond milk or a blend of almond and cashew milk for a few years now. It was a pleasant surprise I find this product to be quite tasty, has a good mouthfeel and texture, and also works as a good substitute for baking. Oat milk is in the process of replacing almond and coconut milk when more companies begin manufacturing it. I hope the price will adjust as more companies start producing oat milk over time, since it is about 2x as expensive as almond/cashew milk at the grocery store.
