This is the product I ordered and I have used about half of it so far. Several of the cups have nothing inside, a problem I've experienced a dozen or more times. It wasn't the cups that were damaged, but the fact that they were manufactured without any coffee inside. Even a loud noise is not always a tell tell sign. It can be hard to tell unless you really shake them. It is obviously not a good quality control process. There will be no more purchases of this product. ******UPDATE****** My order of 72 is almost finished. Approximately 1 in 5 are manufactured without coffee or with a small amount of it. It was very difficult to control the quality.
