Having tried the DD pods from my local DD store and finding them tasty, I decided to stock up on them They are weak and have a sour taste, contrary to the ones I bought previously. I've tried making them stronger, using less water, etc. , but until I can exchange them for a stronger brew or get a refund, my money was wasted.

I ended up with cups that looked just like the one in the picture, with both water and grounds inside of them. It was multiple times, I can assure you. My Keurig still does not work, even after cleaning out the needle I thought it was clogged. The water in my Keurig came out clear after going through the machine at least 10 times. My next Kcup had water all over it and coffee grounds all over it as well! You are wasting your money if you spend it.

In the first order, both orders were replaced for free. In the second order, however, the problem is continuing.
