Instead of automatically returning it, I dumped it all into a baggie and ended the matter. As soon as I realized there weren't any bottle caps included (important for bottling hot sauce), I realized that I had to order some. Once again, I decided to use Tupperware and call it a day. As a matter of fact, when we made the hot sauce according to the recipe, the sauce was so thin that you could taste only spice and no other flavor. The quality of this kit is terrible! I am embarrassed to say I couldn't give zero stars and this kit isn't returnable, which is really annoying considering the kit I got was so terrible.

am very disappointed in this product because it was late and two bottles were shattered when it arrived. A return is also not permitted on Amazon for this product. This was disappointing since my family and I were looking for something fun to do during this period of time when we are stuck at home. It was good luck that I ordered a second hot sauce making kit from uncommon goods for a gift. All 6 bottles were intact and the cost was a small bit less than the regular price, even though it did arrive late and after Christmas.
As a Father's Day gift, I purchased this for my husband. Having no caps on the bottles makes me wonder how he is supposed to make sauce. My husband opened the box out of habit, and it was too late for a refund when he opened the lid for the sauce.
The item says that it includes a recipe book, but I did not find one when I opened the On the back of the box, I found an email address that I used to contact support, but it I was given this as a gift for my husband and it feels like a waste because I have no idea how to prepare it. Thanks
