How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Similac is the first leading infant formula brand to be free of artificial growth hormones* (*no significant difference between milk from rbST-treated and non-rbST-treated cows has been demonstrated).
When compared to premature babies who are fed term infant formulas, Similac NeoSure promotes excellent catch-up growth, including better weight, length, and head circumference gains.
An easy-to-digest milk-based formula with more protein, energy, vitamins, and minerals than standard infant formula, as well as additional calories for growth during the first year of life.
The only nutrient-rich formula for premature infants that has been shown to promote greater rates of growth than a term infant formula during the first year of life for premature babies.
DHA and ARA are special nutrients found in breast milk that are important for brain and eye development, as well as calcium and phosphorus for the growing bones of your baby.

All of the other comments, including Premature Twin Life, were extremely helpful
5/5

My twins were born at 29 weeks, so we've been on this formula since then. They do, however, suffer from stomachaches. They're both gassy, and one of them is experiencing some constipation. Despite this, my pediatrician advised that they continue to take it because of the numerous advantages it provides. So we take gas drops, gripe water has been a lifesaver, and we have to take a little Miralax to help with the constipation. It may appear to be a substantial sum, but it is somewhat justified given the formula's numerous advantages. They've put on some weight and are only two months behind in terms of development. I agree that the cost is a bit excessive. Especially with all of the hospital bills to pay and the fact that everything costs twice as much when you have twins. We're in the middle of a 22-hour period. In about 3 to 4 days, an 8oz can will be consumed, and lawl help me if they begin to consume more. These are my thoughts on the subject. Many blessings to each and every one of you.

It's pricey and gassy, but it's not for the faint of heart

ass- My baby was born prematurely (6 hours shy of 33 weeks) and has only recently begun to wean herself off of pumped breastmilk - Full-time formula is being implemented. Her doctors suggested this, and it's a great choice! Fills her up for longer, provides her with energy, and has so far kept her healthy. The only drawbacks that I can think of are: br>br> 1. br>br> I mean, the stuff is well made, but the price is prohibitive. However, keep in mind the high medical bills that come with being in the NICU for such a long time. Especially if it isn't covered by everyone's insurance. Also, if a baby is unable to breastfeed due to the NICU's constant bottle feeding. She's almost three months old and, if we're lucky, she'll go through a can every two weeks. As a result, 6 cans may only last 3 months. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Her stomach is churning and she's having a lot of gas. She screams for hours as a result, and the only time she feels better is in a warm bath - This makes her feel more at ease. If it hadn't been for the cost and my baby's discomfort, I would have switched to full-time formula a long time ago. br>br>Apart from those two points, I really like this formula! It's simple to pack and carry, and it works with bottled water on the go.

However, my son had terrible gas as a result of the extra calories.

FORMULA THAT HAS BEEN CONTAMINATED! FORMULA THAT HAS BEEN CONTAMINATED! Similac NeoSure 6 pack is something we've bought before
3/5

When I went to make the formula tonight, I had a brand new package with experience with me. April 20, 2021 is the target date. After only one scoop, I noticed a moldy-looking substance. In any case, my formula is tainted, and I'm concerned about using the remaining cans. We haven't had any problems in the past, but I believe we need to change formulas, and I'd like a refund because I won't be able to use the remaining formula cans.

My twins were born 10 weeks early, and the hospital and my pediatrician advised me to feed them this product
5/5

I couldn't get the milk they needed because I couldn't produce it. Similac NeoSure was recommended by the hospital and my pediatrician, and I fed it to them until they were 12 months old. They've never been sick, they're healthy, and all of their medical records show that they've grown at a normal pace. While I am confident that breastmilk from a healthy mother is always the best choice for a baby, I am a mother who is grateful for a product that can substitute for it. I would recommend this product to anyone who is in a similar situation or seeking a high-quality item for their child.

My son has been put on swole! lol
5/5

My son was over a month early, weighing only 3lbs 9oz when he arrived in the world! We began feeding him Neosure (later Enfacare), and he began to gain weight. He's got beefy legs, a massive chest, 20-inch baby biceps, and cannonball delts the next thing I know. br>br>He's almost 6 months old and weighs in at nearly 13 pounds of solid baby muscle. He's just like his father in appearance. He is adored by the ladies! br>br>We were able to use Neosure.

NICU suggested=so far, it's been great! When our preemie baby was seven weeks old, the NICU started him on NeoSure; he will be four months old this month
5/5

hasn't had any problems as a result of consuming this! He doesn't appear to be bothered by it. Despite the fact that he has been diagnosed with infant indigestion, this formula does not make him spit up or cause him to have an upset stomach!.

Premature babies will benefit from this
4/5

This is the formula that we need to purchase for our premature baby. This contains more calories and may cause constipation in children. But we don't have a choice; occasionally, I've discovered that the formula contains impurities. As a result, when my baby no longer requires this, we will switch to the other brand.
