My daughter had to use it until she was eight years old. She was 7 weeks early and was therefore 9 months old. However, instead of switching to a "non preemie" formula, the pediatrician said it would be fine if we continued to use this until she was a year old.
It all depends on your definition of success. It is effective for my premature baby.
I'm 100% not sure what your question means. So, here are some of my responses. All of the ones we bought were past their expiration dates, which were more than a year away. This size can last for about 24 hours. With twins, you can expect to be awake for 36 hours. Because they weighed more than 9 pounds by their original due dates, our pediatrician recommended that we stay on it for another seven weeks before switching to regular formula. Some pediatricians advise staying on this formula for a longer period of time, especially if the child is extremely pre-mature or has difficulty gaining and maintaining weight. My cousin's baby was on this formula until he was 16 months old, at which point they were given permission to switch to regular formula and milk. So, whatever your pediatrician suggests, it'll take a long time. I hope one of these provided you with an answer to your query.

I just realized I paid $33 for this product when I could have purchased it for $16 in the store. As a first-time mom, I had no idea the price at the time, and I can't believe I was duped. In terms of the product, it is a perfect fit for my son.
My Granddaughter prefers and tolerates this milk over Similac Neurosure; she does not spit up, and her acid reflux or gurd is significantly improved; she is happy and content.
I had no choice but to use the formula's premade liquid. Both of them suffered from severe constipation as a result of the powder.
As a result, I had to modify his equation. Despite this, my son was able to gain weight using this formula.
I bought it in the hopes of aiding my underweight baby's weight gain, but he doesn't care for it. He actually consumes one ounce less than the standard formula. So far, I haven't noticed a difference from the standard formula.

There is a can in my possession that has yet to be opened. I understand why you might be hesitant to refuse a return if the can has been opened. I had to return it because our pediatrician changed his formula.
Similac Neosure is not as good. My child had less constipation and gas as a result of using this product.
