After I brought an undisclosed concern to Amazon's attention and the manufacturer's attention, both companies promptly addressed the matter, plus I received a full refund. At this point, I will tell you about the product My intent was to purchase this product to use on my Series X controller, since Microsoft in their infinite wisdom forgot to add LED indicators to the cables of their new OEM rechargeable packs, just like they did on their old mini USB versions. The best thing Microsoft could do at this point is simply make their controllers rechargeable, since Sony has been doing that for three generations now. Although I have an OEM controller pack for my Xbox One, it works fairly well, and the LED indicator is crucial when playing on a PC like I do with this controller, since the PC interface in regards to battery charge is incredibly unreliable, even with OEM packs. So, with that said, even if the Microsoft brand battery has quirks, I won't hold an aftermarket battery to any higher standard, or be upset with it if it does the same thing, which is what it has done. My reason for buying this was simple. I realized that I could just use my Xbox 360 battery pack in both my PC and Xbox 360 controllers since I always play with one controller at a time, and swapping a battery is less tiring than constantly pairing and rewiring. In order to pair the same controller between two devices, I searched for LED USB C cables, and the cheapest I could find was $11, which isn't bad, but this product was $18, so I basically bought a USB cable for $11 and a battery for $7. Having only used it for an hour or so since I got it, I have no direct experience with whether it will last that long, but given how cheap it is (minus the $11 I would pay for just the cord elsewhere), I would be thrilled if it lasted even half that long. The purchase I made at the moment is what I was looking for. In the event that this changes, I will edit this review.

The battery life is decent, haven't really tested to see if it really lasts that long yet, but from what I recall, I haven't had to plug it in for long periods of time due to I like the charging indicator on the cord, as it's stylish and very It is in general a better way than what Microsoft has to offer.

Thus far, it has done what it claims to do. It seems to last for quite some time. I've been playing forza4 for 2 days straight and have yet to encounter a low battery alert.

It's amazing how this particular controller has performed for me so far for the Series X controller. I took a chance because others from Microsoft are really overpriced at the moment. I heard that it even had a charge indicator, just like the one that comes with Microsoft's USB-powered products C's do not, and the cable is long enough that you can charge it by sitting back in the chair if you forgot to charge it while playing.

The price is just too high for what you get. To begin with, the battery life of the device is very short. can usually play for about four hours without having to recharge before it runs out of juice. In either case, the controller loses connection due to the battery pack, regardless of how fully charged and plugged in it is, or when it is running out of charge. You can't just turn off the phone and leave it plugged in to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the build quality is quite good, so this is really a shame. There are two types of battery packs durable hard plastic and braided charging cords, as well as an LED that indicates whether the battery is charging (red for charging, blue when it is charging).

Mine doesn't charge completely and never hits a full charge. When the battery is almost fully charged, the controller will essentially disconnect from the XSX and repeatedly reconnect to it at this point. If I leave it plugged in, my XSX will constantly turn on at this point. The same thing happens while playing if the controller is plugged in and charged, the LED will remain red but keep cycling between disconnecting and Otherwise, it works fine, but I do wish I would have gotten an official Microsoft battery for a little bit more.

There is a problem with the charging adapter that you have to use for Xbox one controllers. I find it a little surreal. In other words, half of the silver adapter is plugged in, half is hanging out, and the other half is There is wiggle and it can slide out because it isn't firmly in the place. The thin wire makes it almost impossible to play with wired due to how easily it falls out. Additionally, it's also a huge problem because sometimes you believe your device is charging and it slides out, so you can't use it. Having to find an angle and wedge my dying cords between objects has been the weird stuff I had to do with my dying cords. The device doesn't seem to be charging any longer as it acts like it is charging but will not I will be back in.
