This Wii U power supply can be used as a replacement

After a close lightning strike blew out my Wii U's power supply, I needed to replace it and decided to try this one. It works! When compared to the original factory power supply, it is, however, extremely light. It's almost as if it's devoid of content. As a result, I have concerns about the build quality and the quality of internal components. It may not last as long or be as durable as the original (not that the original was particularly durable!). If you're looking for portability, I suppose this is light weight. br>br>In retrospect, I would have been willing to pay a little more for something that felt more substantial.

It's perfect, and it's the solution to a non-working computer

Wii U is up and running. My eight-year-old had been without her Wii U for about a year, and when she finally brought it to my house, I tried everything but couldn't get it to work. I did some Google searches and discovered that many people had replaced the power supply and gotten theirs to work. This was ordered, arrived quickly, and worked perfectly! It's fantastic!.

Although good, it is very light

It worked fine, but the box is nearly empty, making the entire unit extremely light, with the cord likely accounting for the majority of the weight. It will do the job, but you can tell it's not an original or official one.

This was an excellent purchase and well worth the money, especially since they are hard to come by (GameStop has stopped selling the consoles and accessories).
