Yes, it will work with an Android phone when connected via an OTG adapter (USB A to USB C adapter). Please see the video for more information.
This is powered by standard AA batteries.
There aren't any "packs" that I'm aware of. I don't see why you couldn't use individual batteries that could be recharged externally.

I like the shape of it a lot; it's bulkier than a Switch Pro controller but doesn't feel too big. My computer recognized it quickly, Steam recognized it, and I was able to play all of my games with it without issue. The grips are nice and rounded and fit perfectly in my hands, though my hands are on the small side. br>br>The texture is super satisfying to me; I got the white paint splattered one, which feels soft and smooth to the touch. The controller's edge has a textured surface that helps you grip it better while playing games. I'm pleased with the materials and construction quality. br>br>I have three issues with the controller, which is why I docked a star to it. It's not a major issue; rather, it's a few minor annoyances.
1. The first problem is that there is no off button; you must open the battery cover to turn it off. This isn't a big deal for me because I had to do it with my official 360 controller as well, but I think it's a bad design decision. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br My main issue with this controller is that I have to unplug and then reinsert the dongle every time I shut down my computer in order for it to recognize it. Again, this isn't a huge deal, but I keep it plugged in at the back of my machine, so it's not exactly easy to get to, but it's also not a deal breaker. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. The power light is a dazzling display of brilliance. It's almost blinding to play with in the dark because of this. br>br>That's all there is to it! Despite those minor annoyances, I'm very pleased with it; I spent a long time looking for a replacement for my old 360 controller because I couldn't find the dongle for it, and I'm glad I found this one. I would highly recommend it; I enjoy using it simply because it is so pleasant and satisfying!.
I can only give you one piece of advice: 1. For this to work, your Nintendo Switch must be docked, and the USB must be plugged into the Nintendo Switch dock. Otherwise, you'll need a legitimate USB C adapter to connect to your switch. If you're used to the Nintendo Switch setup, you'll notice that the buttons are reversed. On this controller, the buttons are essentially the same, but they aren't labeled the same (i. e. A is really B, B is really A, and so on. ) It worked perfectly on the computer, and no effort was required to get it to work.
This is appealing to me because of the reduced price. Despite the fact that I am not a gamer, this appears to be of high quality. One of the more affordable wireless alternatives. The product description for the item I purchased did not specifically state whether or not it came with a USB receiver (it did), but one of the images did. It was ready to use right away. I've had no connection issues with and-play, and it's re-installed itself. When I rebooted, the connection worked fine for me, despite other reviews claiming otherwise.
This wireless controller is one of my favorites. The dongle works without a hitch once you plug it in, but there is one minor niggle: I would have preferred a smaller dongle, as the one with the controller is the size of an old-fashioned video game controller. Despite the fact that it is a school flash drive, it is an excellent value.
br>There is some strange jittering on the directional buttons, and the analog stick isn't the most precise. br>But everything else is fantastic. What you pay for is exactly what you get.
There is no option for recharging, but we will be receiving rechargeable batteries.
I got two of them, and both of them had a non-selective non-selective non-se Within two months, the operational aspect will be completed. They're fantastic until they're not.
