I don't know where to begin. The only way I could describe it is that I regret buying it. The security doorcam I bought does not even do the job it was purchased for, so I have been without it for 10 days. It is obvious in the end that this is not a polished company or product.

There's no phone support, and the live chat is nonexistent. . . What the heck. There is already a major service outage in the remainder of the United States and Australia after only two days of use. Eufy sounded appealing given its claimed local storage, so I planned to replace my slow but reliable Arlo pro setup with it.
