Cold weather is not a good environment for this plant
3/5

Due to the build up of condensation on the lens, I cannot use the camera. Despite what you see in the image, it is not foggy outside. I've had this thing since last year, and it's always been like that.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pictures The Ring system is the way to go
3/5

I was disappointed in the quality of the pictures Even if it had a chance to do it over again, I would choose the Ring cameras. There is a family member who has the Ring system, which is much better in terms of video quality and distance from motion detection. In spite of the camera's best efforts, it is uncertain what can be captured beyond 10 yards. The pro series camera does not seem to provide any improvements over the regular Eufy cameras or the Eufy 2 pro cameras. The difference between the E C and Pro series is also not obvious to me. There is no difference in the picture quality of any of them. My inclination was to purchase the pro series, assuming it was better. In the case that you are sure you want Eufy, don't pay the extra money for the Pro Series instead, explore the older models and save a little.

I'm extremely happy with the Eufy Pro 2
5/5

I recommend them to anyone who is looking for something impressive. This is an amazing little battery operated camera, with so many features packed in. I can't believe they packed all that into it. I still have about a month's worth of power from the batteries, even after about a month of use! Due to its built-in ability to distinguish between objects and humans, it has almost zero error rate in only recording when I want it to record. And the ability to place zones on each camera so I can identify which ones I care about motion is another great feature. By enabling us to adjust when a camera records, we can spend time on the back deck during the day and record activity only Each of the other cameras can be set to record constantly, so that your recording setup is very flexible. Motion alarms make sure someone does not try to steal the cameras when the image quality is great. You have the recording safe inside the camera if someone should try to mess with it. You can then store the videos indoors on the base unit, which is great. I really appreciate the fact that there are no monthly Compared to my expectations, it was exceptional. The engineering field is my field of expertise. You have to work hard to make me happy like this. What a great set of photos.

The results are not This is a system that I find to be extremely impressive as someone who has worked in the security industry for over 5 years
4/5

It is fair to say that I hold myself to With the solar attachment (sold separately), it has continued to work through many thunderstorms, record heat, and now it is always charged thanks to the solar attachment. The pros are *Video quality is excellent and stands up to rivals or at the very least compares to them. In addition to the ability to activate the siren, there is another nice feature. In the event that something suspicious happens away from home and you need to set an audible alarm, you can do so from your mobile device and even speak with the alarm! I was pretty pleased with how easy it was to set up the Homebase. So far, I haven't experienced any connectivity issues. You just need to make sure your router or internet service can handle the additional It typically works very well.

*The app for the most part is okay. Every time someone is detected, a push notification with a thumbnail is sent to my phone. It is set to say only if anyone is in my driveway at night that it needs to notify me. It's really easy to see in the dark. Even in complete darkness, I'm sure you could pick up a clear face on this thing. There are some cons to it as well. It is possible to detect motion with iffy or slow speed. The settings for my pre-configuration are as follows It still picks up cars outside the zone that are not in the detection zone despite setting a detection There are times when it doesn't pick up motion The battery may have to kick on and activate recording in order for this to happen. It appears that this is a common issue with motion-detecting battery-operated.

From a 1080p to 2K upgrade, I'm not sure if it's worth it
3/5

There is not much of a difference in my experience. In general, I would give this game a 3 based on the In my experience, the motion detection does not work as advertised with Eufy products, and my collection includes quite a few. Honestly, I don't think the AI is very effective. I have noticed that when I set it to Human detection, it will only detect events when the person is actually looking into the camera from directly in front of it. There are not all crooks who will be so accommodating when they try to steal my car. Therefore, you have to set motion at all, and you may pick up false alarms as a result. Also, it is not a 30 foot range. I'd estimate that 15- 20 was more accurate Being able to use the cloud without an account is a nice feature.

It was my hope that this camera system would live up to my dreams
3/5

After buying the EUFYCAM 2 Pro Kit and following the instructions, I set it up fairly quickly. My home had an ideal location to use a base station as a wireless repeater because it could be converted to one. My front door and my backyard bird feeding station are both monitored by two cameras. One is mounted at the front door, the other at the backyard. I installed both of the cameras in place of my two Arlo cameras. It detected a squirrel in my fence near the camera that was up on my fence and I was able to see it but it did not detect any other creatures like raccoons, ducks, or other squirrels down on the ground around Additionally, the camera on the front of the car would not detect anything except My system had to be returned because I no longer needed it. A four cam Arlo Pro system is what I have. There are quite a few things it can detect, so it works quite well. It has only 720p resolution, so I am trying to upgrade to a new system and Eufy seems like a good option. Still, motion detection does not seem as accurate as it should be. It might be asking too much, but aren't humans sufficient? There have been many creatures in that back yard over the years. The Arlo cams have captured all but a few of them. There is a problem with Eufy that needs to be fixed.

Here are some WiFi cameras you should consider
5/5

There have been many cameras between $ 39 and $ 150 that I have used. It is the only camera that produces videos in this high resolution as the However, I would say the cameras do go to sleep and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do so. Taking just five seconds to wake up, it will be unable to react to the Humans are the only creatures that can be detected by this camera. With all the other cameras, you get false alerts during high winds. This camera is expensive and the app is easy to use. If you buy this camera, you will not regret it.

You can use Eufy or HomeKit cameras to capture great footage
5/5

In a nutshell, These cameras are great at my home. I have eight of them. Apps like Eufy work extremely well with HomeKit and are extremely intuitive. These lights are battery powered so they have to detect motion before they turn on, so you lose one. The start of the video is within two seconds. One year is the battery life.
