No, I tried that, and it won't both play and charge.
It works in the same way as a regular cassette tape in terms of loading and playing. I returned mine because the balance was off by approximately 50% on one side. Purchase a unit that is superior to this one.
No, it will remain in standby mode until the power supply is depleted.
All of the speakers will play it as if it were a regular cassette. I returned one because the sound was unbalanced. To even out the music, I had to turn the balance 50% to one side of the balance.

I have a Nissan Murano, and the only way I could get bluetooth in it was to buy the only car kit available for my car, which would set me back $700. I didn't want to spend $700 on a radio when I didn't know how long I'd be driving the car. I bought a cassette player with an aux cord after hearing about it from someone, but then I saw this bluetooth one. I bought the bluetooth version expecting the worst but ensuring that I had the aux cord version as a backup. To my surprise, this Bluetooth device is fantastic. It's a piece of cake. I can pair it with my phone via Bluetooth before leaving the house, then pop it into my cassette player for instant Bluetooth. The sound is great, there are no background noises or reception issues, and the cassette itself is durable. I've had radios that cost $300 that didn't connect to bluetooth as quickly as this one. Most importantly, I don't have that unsightly aux cord protruding from my pocket. It disappears after being inserted into the cassette player. This has truly wowed me.
Purchased for use in my automobile. Only one side of the speaker can be played with the first product I received. I was dissatisfied and requested a refund from the seller, but they replaced me with a new one. There are no issues with the new one. I'm on the road for 3 hours each day. The sound, quality, function, and power of this product are all satisfactory, and it will help me pass the time during this tedious period. This is a brand that I would recommend.
Until now, that is. I recently purchased this to use in an older Mercedes' tape deck in order to stream music from my smartphone through the car's sound system. br>It was simple to set up, and the sound quality was far superior to what I had anticipated. I'd say the sound quality was near-perfect to perfect!br>Because it's new, I can't say how long it will last or how durable it will be in the long run. However, I believe it will be a reliable product, as it appears to be well constructed.
NOTE: br>Previously, I had used a Bluetooth interface that connected to an FM radio, and the sound quality was nowhere near as good as this product!br>I also liked that it was "rechargeable. " As a result, the tape deck does not need any wires protruding from it! br>Excellent product that is well worth the investment. Simple to work with.
Item holds a charge well and appears to be well designed EXCEPT it only works in mono! I've tried it in three working cassette players, all of which work in stereo, and it only produces mono (right channel) sound, making it effectively useless. br>br>Insert ONLY with the button and light facing outwards if loading into a slot feeding loaded player. If you put the cassette in backwards, it will get stuck (I did this against my better judgment in the hopes of solving the mono problem, and it got stuck until I was able to manually dislodge it with a long flat metal tool). br>br>If you require this device, simply purchase a 3. 5 adapter, as well as a corded cassette player 3. Instead, use a 5mm aux cable. There is no lag, the audio is better, and the product is of higher quality. br>br>This was a total letdown because I prefer the clean look of wireless in an old car with the cassette player fully hidden inside, but hearing half the sound from something designed to adapt sounds to play in two speakers is pointless.
It's not something you should buy. While it serves its purpose admirably, the sound quality is appalling. When I put it in the tape deck, it makes a constant clicking noise until I take it out, and there are always noises of static and high-pitched screeching behind the music, which isn't pleasant to listen to.
It will send a signal to both the left and right channels, but only one of them, the left OR the right, will be sent to both. This, of course, dramatically reduces the volume, and any song that uses alternate channels for different instruments, missing instruments, or even vocals, will suffer as a result. Furthermore, the side button protrudes too far for use with a radio-style cassette deck, causing the button to be pressed when the cassette is inserted. The issue is resolved by cutting the button flush with the case with a razor blade, and the button is still easily pressed. It doesn't get very loud because of the lack of stereo, and it seems to completely cut everything below 80hz or so. The quality of the connection is poor, and you must manually re-establish it. It has to be paired every time you turn it back on through the bluetooth settings menu on your device, and it usually has to be done twice. Every reactivation should be done three times. The battery lasts about 8 hours, and it warns you when you're about to run out of time with a loud tone.
There is no LEFT Channel. BUY THIS UNIT AT YOUR OWN RISK. DEAD ON ARRIVAL is a unit that can only be seen on the LEFT CHANNEL. When I brought my car in, I asked them to look at it because I thought it was my head unit. FM and "regular" cassettes both work fine. br>br>Unfortunately, I missed the 30-day window because I assumed it was a problem with the head unit, and MFR has refused to send me a replacement. I sat in a chat window with them for 30 minutes before they informed me of this. br>br>If you calculate HALF of all 5-figures, you'll arrive at the following conclusion. You can see that this unit is not highly rated, whether the reviews are fake, paid, or whatever (which isn't uncommon). BUY THIS UNIT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Look for a different one. Cheers!.
So let me begin by admitting that I did not read the directions. I was expecting it to be similar to other Bluetooth devices I've used in the past, but it wasn't. That's my fault; I'm not going to hold it against the company. However, the sound quality isn't great, so I docked one star. Very staticky, no bass at all despite the fact that my bass was set to 3, and I had to turn the volume up to 11 to hear it. If you buy this product, please don't make the same mistake I did and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, or you'll end up with a broken car radio like I did. Make certain the cassette tape is inserted correctly. I didn't have a light on in my car, so I didn't notice the tape wasn't facing the right way up, and assumed it was reversible like others I've had in the past, but it wasn't. It's now stuck in the middle of nowhere. Again, this is not the fault of the company; I am confident that the product is of excellent quality.
