My second purchase from the same company. Prior to this I purchased the wireless car charger they sell so I decided to try this one as well. My tunes are available on my phone with this device and I can also use hands free calling with out using the speakerphone. This device is great for older cars with no USB port or Bluetooth. I have a lot of good things to say about this unit. It's easy to set up and sounds great. The purchase was a great purchase for me. My iPhone offers a huge music library that can replace satellite radio, so I wanted something to replace satellite radio. After it was initially set up, it needed to hook up instantly and play music on powering up without any further effort from me. I am satisfied and exceeded my expectations in that regard. I can connect it to Bluetooth on my phone right away. If my radio is left on and tuned to the right channel, this device remembers the frequency setting when I turn it off. The only thing I have to do is unlock my phone to start the music app and the music will start immediately. Compared to Bluetooth transmitters, this device is safer, since it doesn't require batteries to work and runs on its own power. Despite the device's quietness, it does not disturb users. A Honda has very little static, and it doesn't have any alternator whine. Sound quality is good, but you have to turn the volume up pretty far on the phone and stereo to get it loud enough for me to be happy with it. Therefore, I took away one star for sound quality. In spite of this, I do not mind it too much since the device is very quiet, so I could play high stereo volumes without much hiss. I give this hotel a 5 star rating for its hassle-free attitude There's no charge.
This is a highly recommended item if your vehicle does not have Bluetooth or Aux connectivity. I love how it also doubles as a charger and it's very easy to set up and play music from my phone.
It's been the longest time since I could go without listening to the radio, since it's basically 90% commercials, lol. This is the second of these devices that I have heard of from a friend, so I ordered it and I am so glad I did. There is a sense of quality and elegance to it. The ease with which I can make and receive calls is also impressive. I think this product is a must-have for anyone with a car like mine that is over 10 years old. The price is unbelievable too.
