This Bluetooth audio adapter can function as both a transmitter and a receiver. Digital optical and AUX connections are supported by the Bluetooth transmitter. With the included digital optical audio Toslink cable, you can connect up to three devices at once. This Bluetooth transmitter receiver comes with a 5mm AUX audio cable and an RCA plug cable that can be used on a TV, computer, laptop, stereo, headphones, smartphone, MP3 / CD player, and cars with an AUX-In port, as well as computer speakers, subwoofers, and echo walls. I don't see why the hearing aids wouldn't sync up if they're Bluetooth.

I can't seem to get the volume down low enough? I have aitpods and have connected them to my computer via USB 3.0. On my television, can I get a 5mm signal?

The bluetooth unit did not have any volume controls, as far as I recall. The volume control on the headset has always been used by me. br>Have you tried connecting your Bluetooth device to the TV's headset jack?

I've now tried two different types of Bluetooth transmitters. I returned the first because it wasn't up to par. This one is ideal; it works flawlessly with my Bluetooth headphones and the television. Very pleased, and my wife thanks you as well because the television no longer blows her out of the room.
