The surface area that has been revealed is quite small. On an 8. I couldn't show the entire 5x11 page on the Elmo camera because it was too big. br>The Elmo could be an expensive way to display line drawings.
It depends on how far away you are from the object you want to photograph. I've completed open books on both pages, so 2- At the same time, 8x10 The further you move away from the object you're imaging, the more difficult it is to keep a clear image. I've blown up the photos to fit the entire wall.
Yes, think of it as a high-end digital camera with projection capabilities. It is correct and accurate.
It does have a light that is functional. It isn't required to view the document, but it does help to brighten the image for better clarity. Its responsiveness to zooming in and out is the only drawback I've discovered so far. There appears to be a lag between my toggling and the image itself.

This is a fantastic device. It's "almost" small enough to fit in your pocket. We purchased it for a trial that lacked only a presenter. It performed admirably and, to be honest, is superior to an older, much larger ELMO that we purchased several years ago. It was ready to use right away. Zooming in is simple. For our purposes, the lighting was ideal. Although the fact that it is a single source light may lead you to believe that it is not as good as a dual light, we found it to work just fine (perhaps due to advances in optics).
It's big, it doesn't break down, but it gets the job done. This smaller unit, however, performs the same functions as the larger unit. Because it isn't as widely used, it isn't as stable, but that doesn't mean it isn't stable. Last year, I used one in a 5-week jury trial and it worked fine; for the price, what it does, and if size matters, it's a great buy.
) I do spoil my granddaughter, to be sure. She enjoys playing school with her friends and had this on her Christmas wish list (along with a Hover Board and a Large Beanie Boo stuffed animal). She's ten years old and erratic! ) However, if this encourages her to spend more time at school imitating her teacher, having fun, and learning, then it's a win-win situation. If that's the case, then I'm on board. br>br>It was simple to connect this to her television and use it as a monitor. The autofocus function is excellent. I haven't tried all of the features yet, but because her teacher has one in the class, my granddaughter showed me how to use it.
As soon as you have it. This is just a camera that you can place over a piece of paper or an object, similar to how a laptop would. The data is then sent to a laptop application. It's likely that the output from there can be fed into a projector. Making presentations will necessitate the use of a projector. It's compact and lightweight, and it includes a CD player. To install a program on your laptop, you'll need a ROM disc. The instruction booklet that comes with it is a complete disaster. Spend some time with it once you've received it to figure out how you'll set it up and use it.
This has been with me for four years. Every day, multiple times a day, I use it. I give demonstrations to my students and ask them to come up and solve a problem from their textbooks. For art, I adore it, and I use it for everything else. It's incredibly simple to work with! Because I am left-handed, I placed it on the right side and then flipped the image. It's been a fantastic doc cam, and I'd recommend it to anyone!.
The old overhead transparency projector needed to be replaced, and we couldn't find one. We needed a device that could be taken with us and used quickly. It's impossible to imagine a better product than this one. Adults are taught management skills, and they are required to complete written exercises in class. We'll use the LCD projector to project their handwritten forms. This device connects to your computer and records a full 8. A 5 by 11-inch sheet with a high-resolution display is included. It also has the capability of capturing anything it sees as a. jpg file, or even to record your audience or other subjects on video. We aren't particularly technical, so we were pleasantly surprised when the projector driver installed and worked right away; the zoom in and zoom out features, as well as the adjustable camera position, allow you to project larger items. It folds down to approximately 3 inches by 8 inches, is 1 inch thick, and weighs almost nothing. You won't need the separate power cord if you connect it to your computer via USB.
MO-Elmo is a character from the animated television series Elmo. I've never seen a document camera as small as the 1 Visual Presenter. We've been looking for something like this for a long time and will be using it frequently now that we've found it. This is an excellent item.
In the 6th grade classroom, we use it on a daily basis.
