This document camera will appeal to a very specific person who will be able to maximize its potential. That individual is well-versed in the OBS environment. That individual likes to tinker. That person is capable of figuring out how to get the most out of low-cost technology. If you're not one of them, you might want to pass on this camera. This could be a fantastic doc cam if you're willing to learn. This camera does not include any software that is easy to use. This is most likely the reason for the low price. br>br>The Advantages: br>Value for money - I'm serious. This is a great deal. Materials (br>Materials) (br>Materials) (br>Materials) ( Both the arm and the base are excellent. Very strong. It'll go on and on. br>Camera - A camera is a device that allows you to capture images. It's a good 1080P camera with 30 frames per second. If you know how to adjust the settings, that is. It has two mounting points, so you can position it however you want for the best view. This camera also has manual focus, so you can fine-tune your shots without having to deal with a lot of weird in/out. Manual focus is my preferred method. I'm the only one who thinks that. The Arm (br>) - It's a simple design that's reminiscent of a desk lamp. It's well-made and stays in place. My microphone and overhead camera are on the same arm. Webcam - Nice!br> This document camera is essentially a webcam mounted on a stylish stand, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This is a good way to get good video and audio recordings. Of course, a simple pen and paper will suffice. The Downsides: br>br> br>Software is a term used to describe a piece of software that is used to perform THERE IS NO SOFTWARE FOR THE DOCUMENT CAMERA. This appears as a USB camera only when it is plugged in. The Windows 10 camera app is recommended for recording, according to the manual. For me, this isn't a big deal, but if you want to annotate on the fly, use picture in picture or OCR scanning. This is going to be a letdown (unless you're using OBS). The default camera app in Windows does a poor job of lighting adjustment. br>Options - This works fine under fluorescent lights, but in a dark-lit environment, it's a little more difficult. ish room. This is fantastic. Use studio lighting or LED lighting in a well-lit room. That's not good. You must be familiar with OBS in order to get the most out of this document camera. You'll probably get a good image if you use it in the classroom. This gets a thumbs up from me. br>br> For those who are interested in technology a savvy teacher who can do a variety of things and is familiar with OBS or other recording/streaming software. This is going to be a fantastic document camera for the money. It appeals to me greatly. This is exactly what I was looking for at this price. I have no issues or complaints.

the bottom of the slip I really like how the arm can move in almost any direction, making it easy for the camera to get closer to what you're doing. The picture and video quality are both excellent. This system is simple to set up for someone who isn't familiar with cameras or other computer equipment, so virtually anyone can use it without problems. br>br>My only complaint is that when using manual focus, the camera may need to be refocused if there is any accidental movement, such as bumping the table, camera, etc. Otherwise, everything works perfectly and produces excellent results.

All of this is nothing more than a webcam with software installed to crop the images. As a result, if it encounters a page's edge, it will crop the image. There are no other options. If you have lines, it may mistakenly believe you have an edge and crop some of your documents. br>I believe all you need is a webcam and some cropping software to get a much better result. br>These, too, are of poor quality. br>Plus, it's a tad clumsy. In general, this scanner isn't very good.

For my job, this is ideal for displaying documents in zoom presentations. I can fold it up and store it in my luggage when I travel because of the clap and arm. It attaches to the edge of a desk with ease. It is acceptable if you need to scan documents. Although it is significantly less expensive than the cost of a document scanner. When you plug it into your computer, it appears as a different camera. Works well with software that allows you to show your face as well as the document you're displaying. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

  The "fixing screw," which is supposed to keep the camera in place by applying pressure to the metal arm, is not threaded correctly and does not screw in far enough to secure the camera arm. br>br>I have a Mac and do not have any software "auto installed," as the manual suggests. Unless you physically move the camera arm closer to the document you are projecting, there is no auto zoom feature and no zoom at all. br>br>I am a very dissatisfied teacher.

It is extremely simple to operate. I only did what was asked of me. It works after I assembled it and connected it to my Mac. I opened QuickTime Player and it worked. I manually changed the settings. The words in the book can be seen clearly. Of course, it won't be as clear as scanning, but it'll suffice for my purposes. I'm going to make a series of videos with my child where we read books and do crafts. This is the exact camera I'm looking for.

This device is useful for displaying manual work in progress. It was purchased for use in an online zoom class to demonstrate drawing and writing. This is a fantastic device because it eliminates the need for me to hold the camera in one hand and maneuver it with the other while drawing. I think this would be a good tool for teachers or anyone who needs to demonstrate something on flat service, such as a table.

This camera performed exactly as I had hoped and required. I use it for both my Pure Romance and tumbler crafting businesses. The only issue I had was with the volume, which I realized was caused by my computer, so I would recommend using a microphone to get the best volume. I would give it a 5 out of 5 star rating and recommend it to just about anyone.
