I had to request a refund because they do not provide technical support. It is NOT a plug-and-play system. I'm content with a different brand.

It also tips over if you move the camera too close to the page; It's likely that the pole should be centered more. The image is quite distinct. In contrast to other brands that require software, this one is plug and play.

video from a long distance I purchased this to stream video of a small crafting area from a 10-foot distance. Between the camera and the work piece, there is a distance of 20cm. In that space, it does an excellent job with both focus and depth of field. When it came to ease of use, all I had to do was plug it in and choose it from my camera's settings, and I was good to go!.

Plug in and cross your fingers! This camera does not come with any software or instructions for use

There is an instruction sheet, but it does not include any information about where to obtain software or how to use it. There are only a few rudimentary diagrams in it. When projecting a page from a book, the camera also has a tendency to tip over. The base requires more weight. Save your money and avoid purchasing this camera. Spend a little more to get one that is better.

Despite the lack of reviews, I purchased this and so far it has exceeded my expectations! It's what I use to record my Zoom lectures. The picture is quite clear (especially if you move the camera right next to the text). It has a substantial feel to it due to the sturdy base and metallic folding frame.

It works like a charm

I purchased the item so that I could upload files. It's simple to set up. Simply place the frame in the base and connect the USB cable to your computer. It takes a little time to get the right zoom by adjusting the arm height, but the quality is excellent and it autofocuses. When you plug it in, there is no software or a popup. I had to choose the camera from a drop-down menu in order for it to work.

When teaching from a distance, this is extremely useful! I bought this to cover a few science demonstrations with my students while teaching from a distance, and I ended up watching it more than I expected

Zoom is incredibly simple to use, and the quality is excellent, even if the focus isn't perfect. This camera is something I would recommend to a friend.
