Is it able to pivot and swivel?
You'd have to mount it on a swiveling, adjustable Ram Mount.
I've got a humminbird 998 HD SI combo. I'm not sure what mounting kit I'll need. ?
For units in the 800 and 900 series, GM 2 is used.
Is it compatible with the Hiex 7 Ice?
I'm not sure, but I believe any Helix 7 should be able to use it.
Is it possible for me to just order the fasteners for the knobs? Is it possible that I misplaced it?

I needed a mount for the body of a portable Humminbird fish finder/GPS so that I could use it on my boat before taking it to Alaska to use on a rental skiff. It was easy to mount, though new screw holes had to be drilled, and slipping the Humminbird's body into the mount is a tight fit.
