As soon as the seller was contacted about a refund/return/exchange request, the seller responded by sending a message stating that the purchase was in the final stages, so they could not accept the cancellation request. They didn't address the issues presented to them, nor did they acknowledge the refund request, giving one the impression they were aware of the problem, but were allowed to keep the cash. The reviewer says she received two players and neither of them worked when she received them some time ago. There is no way Amazon can make a refund since the turntable arrived intact. We now have the turntable & have no way to get a refund. I feel blessed to still have a family and a home that is safe, despite not having money.
