Questions & Answers

What is the decibel level of the music?

It is up to you to decide how loud you want it to be. It has a reasonable range, in my opinion. We have a small ranch style house, so I can turn it up while cleaning and enjoy it, or I can use it as background noise while cooking. This player is one of my favorites. I would highly recommend it for the price and simplicity of the model.

Is it possible to get a new stylus?

The stylus, in my opinion, can be replaced. a The red plastic piece with the stylus can be seen if you look closely near it. These can be replaced, and they're also available on Amazon.

Is it possible to record a CD onto a USB drive? Is it possible to listen to music from a USB drive?

Because all it's doing is streaming digital audio to a computer, the USB type doesn't matter all that much in this case, and it's most likely an original USB-C port. B (not a USB-connected device) B mini, similar to a PS3/X-box A USB-connected Xbox 360 controller or a USB-connected Xbox One controller B 3 (for (early) printers/scanners) that looks exactly like an OG USB, but can transfer data at USB 3 speeds, which can theoretically outpace newer SATA (6) cables for internal hard drives/SSDs. Thankfully, there's a picture of the unit's side that shows nothing but what the unit looks like from the side, rather than the back, where I'm assuming the ports are, given that they're not on the front or one side. As a result, I'm not sure, but if the USB-C cable is connected, Inside a B port that resembles an old printer/scanner, there is blue plastic—and/or the USB cable that comes with it has the same blue plastic as a USB-C port. A 3 cable (for flat ports on a device, loading/saving from an external hard drive, and so on) is also a 3. 0 and can transfer data at a faster rate. A USB- A B 3 head differs from a USB-C head in a few ways. B 1 or 2, but unless you're looking for it, it's difficult to tell the difference. br>br>I don't think it'd be *required* to connect a music device to a computer for recording, but it would have to be a USB-connected device. Because the USB 1 standard's transfer rates are only 1 Mbps, you'll need to use a B 2 connection. 5 and 12 megabits per second (1.25 Mbps and 1.25 Mbps, respectively) 0 and 1. 1), which would be insufficient to transfer the data even at a 96 MB/s sample rate — which is "acceptable" for speech but only 3/4 of what a "passable" sample rate for music is (128). A USB- However, B 2 (which looks identical to a 1) can carry 480 Mbps, and "CD-R" can carry 480 Mbps. The number of samples used to determine "quality" is 256. Of course, that doesn't account for the extra data (or "full digital") that a 48 KHz sample has over a 44 KHz sample. Sample rate of 1 kHz (on CD). All of this is to say that a CD, which we used to think was "digital perfection" in sound, is not at all "perfect," for a trained ear, and even the unnoticed lack of perfection can lead to listening fatigue and hearing "problems," if played constantly, because it's like listening to "frequency music," for sleeping (as an aside, I find "Brown Noise" to be the most relaxing and sleep-inducing music). It is inducing when one relaxes. While it may be nice—and even have some claimed effects—constantly listening to similar, albeit largely imperceptible "garbage frequencies" that are/were present in the recording (which is why CD remasters can sound so much better, with that clutter cut out, using "clean" bit-streaming), as well as - rates. br>br>Sound can be made even more "perfect"—or high-resolution. the end of analogue- such as—as Blu-ray has shown— Ray audio, which consumes a lot of storage space (obviously), but also necessitates a cable that can transfer data at the necessary speeds, which necessitates a USB speed 3. 1 or 3. 2 cable. I'm guessing this system aims for 128, 196, or even 256 kbps (the original CD quality sound standard). * The sample rate for outputting from this unit is almost certainly 128Kbps stereo (256 total, not per channel), because "256Kbps" with two channels is 512Kbps. At that rate, USB 2 cables are unlikely to be able to record a live recording.

After reading all of the comments, I'm still not sure if you can use a bluetooth speaker to play the unit. Isn't it true that the responses are reciprocal?

You can't use Bluetooth speakers to listen to music. You can listen to music by streaming it from your phone via Bluetooth and using the record player's speakers, but that's it.

It appeals to me
5/5

As a result, unlike some of the 1 star reviews, I have no complaints about the radio or CD player, and I have no issues with the record player. Other record players I've seen come with a small 45 adapter that allows you to play 45 records, but this one doesn't. (To be honest, that's fine. ) I made a video because there isn't one judging the sound and quality and such. Unless you're picky about how much bass you want, speakers are pretty good.

I'd give it a five-star rating if I could
3/5

I wish I could give it a five-star rating, but I'm afraid I won't be able to. I purchased a CD player in addition to a record player and a radio. a non-functioning CD player I saw at least four other reviews with the same issue, but they were so few in comparison to all the positive reviews that I decided to take a chance. The CD player does not recognize any of the CDs, despite the fact that other CD players do. I get a "NO" error message every time I put in a CD. This isn't something that could have happened in shipping, in my opinion: The unit was delivered in good condition, with no damage to the outer container or the unit itself. This leads me to believe that the manufacturer's quality control is extremely lax. Obviously, the units are not fully functional when they are shipped. br>br>However, all of the other functions performed not only satisfactorily, but even better than expected. The record player has excellent sound quality. Much better than I had anticipated. It isn't tinny or muffled in the slightest: The sound is crystal clear, sharp, and has just the right amount of bass. Overall, the sound quality is excellent for a unit of this size and price, and it's on par with or better than any other unit in this price range that I've heard. The radio works fine, and I used the blue tooth to play a couple of songs from my phone, which worked fine as well, though the volume wasn't as loud as it was with the record player, but that could be due to my phone rather than the Victrola. I've got the unit in a (roughly) 25 x 15 foot room, and it fills it with clear, undistorted music at a much lower volume than full volume. I don't mean it's deafeningly loud when I say it fills the room. It's not earth-shattering, but it's loud enough for most people to hear it. br>br>So, if you're lucky enough to get a unit with a working CD player, which you most likely will (based on the other reviews), this is a great deal. I'm keeping mine even though it doesn't play CDs, which says something about its other qualities; however, I can't give it more than a one-star rating because I paid for a CD player but didn't receive one.

Oh, my goodness! I'm at a loss for words when it comes to describing how amazing this record player is
5/5

Very well-written- high-quality, custom-made quality. It comes in a very nice package. Red is a lovely color that reminds me of a vintage Corvette from the 1950s. It sounds exactly like a record player, which is exactly what I was looking for. It includes a CD player and a radio, as well as software that allows you to record the record directly to your computer as an MP3 file. The sound is exactly what you'd expect from a record player, which is exactly what I wanted. It includes a CD player and a radio, as well as software that allows you to record the record directly to your computer as an MP3 file. This is an unbelievable item. This is also at a great price.

"No"
3/5

I can't get the CD player to work - at all. It was still in the box when I opened it. I'm not making any mistakes - After all, it's a straightforward procedure. Turn on the volume dial, select the CD function, open the CD drawer, place the CD label on top, and press play. Nope. I've tried a lot of CDs, but none of them have worked. a large number of people - There is no music. They all try for a few seconds before the screen tells them to stop. "No. " The return window has passed me by. Help! Aside from that, it's cute, and all of the other features work. I didn't expect great sound quality or volume for the price (I have two young children, so I didn't want anything too pricey), but I did expect the CDs to play.

It's of very poor quality! JUNK at a good price
3/5

I've been collecting records for a long time and have owned a variety of record players, including Crosley, Technics, GE vintage, and new players. I understand that this isn't supposed to be a high-end player. But right out of the box, the top lid is flimsy and brittle, the tone arm is flimsy and all over the place, and the needle feels like a thumbtack stuck to a piece of plastic, whether you're listening to new or vintage records. Victrola and their products have made me very unhappy. This is the first and last time I'll be doing it. Despite the low price, SAVE YOUR MONEY and pass on this one; why can't things be made with pride and quality any longer, victrola should know better.

I was concerned that I would make the wrong choice after reading reviews for about ten different Record Players. I'm convinced I made the right decision, and I can't tell you how much I like this player! It has a great retro vibe to it, appears to be well-made, and sounds exactly as I expected! I'm spinning my LPs every afternoon because it's loud enough for a room and the speakers have good sound quality. I found the price to be reasonable, and I believe it is well worth the money; I strongly recommend it!.

I'm looking forward to getting a replacement! The record player is fantastic, but the CD player is broken
3/5

I returned the first, and received the second. That CD player, too, has stopped working. Please send number three to me, and I will return number two. The original and replacement units both had the same problem, so I believe there was some misunderstanding. I've been hoping to hear that unit three will be arriving soon. THEREFORE, THERE WILL BE NO COMMUNICATION.

Retro-style is fantastic
5/5

Turntable in the fashion of I bought this as a gift, and it's perfect; the color is gorgeous, and it looks exactly like a 1950s sports car. This model drew me in because of its retro styling, as well as the fact that it received excellent reviews for a turntable in this price range. The fact that the lid has cutaways to allow the record to spin is the only thing that gives me pause. I'd prefer the lid to completely enclose the record, but I suppose that's part of the design.
