This record player was smaller than I had pictured, and it fits perfectly on my vintage record player stand since it goes with my old decor. I chose the wood grain style to go with my old decor, and it looks wonderful. You should not be fooled by its small size. It brings back so many memories of my childhood to hear the 'white' noise that comes when you play vinyl. It is surprising how loud the volume is for such a small device. In the beginning, I was going to hook up some old Pioneer speakers to the player, but after trying it out last night, I think the additional speakers aren't My experience with this player has been excellent so far. I will update my review at a later date if any of those factors change, but for now I would definitely recommend this for anyone interested in stepping into the past with some old vinyl favorites!.

A tub of my old albums recently turned up in our living room. I was considering selling them, but my wife really wanted to listen to vinyl. It was not worth investing a lot of money on 40 year old albums when I could listen to much better quality ones online. We purchased this unit after reviewing reviews and found it to have built-in speakers, which is yet another thing we don't have to connect in the kitchen when we play it. While the wood feels heavy, it isn't overly heavy and feels study. We have listened to our small 45 rpm collection on the turntable so far and are impressed with the sound quality and sound reproduction. I liked the fact we could hook up the internal speaker and that an extra needle and warranty card were included, which was something we didn't expect. Therefore, if you are looking for a high quality turntable for an affordable price, this is it. There is a neat hinge between the dust cover and needle arm, while the speaker covers are firm and stable. This unit has been a pleasant surprise!.

The unit I am comparing to was an older record player, a CD player, a cassette player, and a radio unit Even though the old one is still working well, I feel that this new one will sound better and protect my records better than the old one. As far as I am concerned, it succeeds in accomplishing this. I will give pros and cons compared to the other type of unit (rather than to other turntables) for those who are considering upgrading to a more advanced turntable only This old unit closed the lid of the record player to protect it during play, had cd and other extra features, and I highly recommend it for those who love bass and bigger speakers. However, this one wins since it clearly protects records better due to its hydronic-type system Especially the lifting and lowering of the arm or needle! You're talking about a lot of money there. This advanced technology is also making it less likely for me to hear skips since it doesn't scratch the record or emit irritating placement noise. The Bluetooth feature and the fact that better speakers can be hooked up are added bonuses. Initially I was not aware of how much I had missed, but after adjusting to it I noticed a loss of features. (I miss being able to close the lid when I play in a house full of pets, kids, etc. ) The bass is not as powerful as I had hoped, but I plan on hooking up speakers to make it happen. This is a good sound There seems to be a closer connection between you and the singer.

Since his mother passed away, he was given this record player as a gift for him to play the old records. As far as looking for something that I didn't have to hook up to speakers and that looks good and doesn't take up much space is concerned, I wanted something that looked good. She is one of the best players ever! The sound quality is excellent and the volume is sufficient. the box out of the box and plug it in! It sounds great and he can hook it up to speakers if he wants, but no need to hook it up because it does sound AMAZING! It was helpful to have reviews from everyone so I could pick what was right for me.
