To be honest, I can't think of a reason why not. This mat was purchased to replace an all-in-one that I had received as a gift for Christmas. It completely covers the plate.

I thought it was broken, but then I remembered I needed a mat, which I ordered from somewhere else, but it was too big for those "suitcase" style record players because their frames are smaller. br>br>This one was perfect, and I could play all of my old records, from Doris Day to Elton John! br>The mat itself had some dust on it, but silicone is silicone, so a quick rinse in the sink, followed by a rag drying, and it was ready to use! I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I'll tell all my friends about it if they're looking for a mat for less than ten dollars!.
Exactly what I needed! It's almost the same size now, and it's completely silent when it switches records! Noise is reduced, and the product is of good quality and thickness. This isn't a budget-friendly option! The structure is excellent. It has a vintage feel and vibe to it, which I really like. Before you go out and buy something, make sure you know how big your turntable is. What a wonderful discovery!.
This was a gift, and the one I got was broken and didn't come with the plastic insert for 45rpm records. We returned it and received a replacement in a timely manner that performs admirably. With the exception of the fact that the first one could not be played on the person's birthday, I have no complaints.
I purchased a record player for a low price; There was a hard platic slip mat on the platter; This is bad for vinyl records. As a result, this small rubber slip mat is extremely effective. It has a good grip, is soft, and is just a tad smaller than the platter. This is beneficial because it makes it much easier to remove the records. It'd be better if it were a little thicker, but it's still delicious. This is something you must have.
On top of my acrylic turntable mat, I place this. It used to be difficult to lift 45s 7 inch records from the platter because there was no overhang like there is on LP albums, but now the edge of the 7"mat is just enough under the 45 to make it easy to lift it up.
Because it's nearly impossible to pick up 7" records from an acrylic mat, I got this for when I play them. This solves the problem while remaining thin enough to avoid interfering with my tone arm tracking.
I bought a new turntable to play my old records on, but it turned out that some of my LPs had gotten stuck on it. That problem has been solved by this thin rubber mat, and I can now listen to all of my old music!.
Although they are not intended to be used as a turntable, they are well-made, sturdy, and skid-resistant.
