I've been wanting a good center channel speaker for a long time, but I've been putting it off because I've been using an entry-level Polk Audio CS10. The Polk Audio CS10 is an excellent speaker for the money, but At times, it can come across as cheap and muffled. So I decided to make a change. I went with the new Klipsch RP-100. The 600C Center Channel Speaker is a center channel speaker with a powerful bass response. I was hesitant to spend $500 on a single speaker at first. But, after seeing how well-made this speaker is, I decided to take a chance. I'm not an audiophile who knows everything there is to know about acoustics, speaker ranges, and so on, but I do recognize a good sound when I hear it. And this center channel speaker does not disappoint. For the first time in a long time, movie dialogue sounds rich and clear. There are no more muddled sounds. If my amp was more powerful, I think the sound would be even better. So, if you've been putting up with an entry-level center channel speaker and want to upgrade after years of hearing random muffled sounds in movies, do yourself and your ears a favor and treat yourself. Invest in a Klipsch RP- Hear a movie the way it's meant to be heard with the 600C Center Channel Speaker.
My score is a seven. There are two surround sound systems. I purchased and kept front, surround, and front height speakers, as well as two subs. Six center speakers were purchased and/or returned by me. Six! Elac 6. 5 (love the elac bookshelf debut 2) 0 6. Klipsch quad 3 (in addition to number 5). Then I bought this speaker, which has a 5-ml motion 8i, Bowers and Wilkins, and so on. I thought it was bad at first, and that it was too harsh, as others had said, but I broke it in for 5 hours straight at a very high volume. br>Then the magic happened, and my dreams became a reality. The tweeter is the most noticeable part of the system. The dialogue is succinct and clear. The voices, on the other hand, are vibrant and the tones are rich, just as they should be. The response at the low end is incredible. I'm completely taken aback. I'm overjoyed that there's such a wide range of voices represented. This speaker brought my entire system to the level of perfection I'd been looking for, both in terms of music and movies, at a price that made me want to cry tears of joy.
The horn speaker's brightness and clarity are pleasing to the ears! I'm sure I'll get tired of them in a few months, as others have said, but for now I'm having a great time listening to them. When it comes to RP, it's a dream come true. The LRs will be 160M. For the most part, it's for films. br>br>The grill covers are magnetic, and my favorite "nice to have" is the angle adjustment screw holes underneath. More manufacturers should offer this on their center channels, in my opinion. Rather than using foam pads (as shown), or something similar, it's a neat and efficient solution.
I decided to buy this speaker as an upgrade to replace my paradigm center speaker after doing a lot of research. It is larger and clearer than my paradigm speaker, and it has a powerful, clean bass that makes listening enjoyable. Also excellent are the highs and mids. Klipsch products have a distinctive aesthetic: Elegantly simple. This new addition is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sound system.
It was well-made. I can now hear what's being said. I replaced an older center speaker with a newer model and can tell the difference. My current room size, acoustics, and equipment did not warrant a $1000 upgrade, and neither did a $100 upgrade. Like a tank, it's built to last. This is something I expect to use for a long time.
Sound is, without a doubt, a personal experience. From a Klipsch R25c to a Klipsch R52c, I made the switch. Then there was this. It is well worth the extra money to upgrade to the first line. Yes, this is true, at least for me. cost a lot. However, there are no regrets. br>There is a big speaker here. Check to see if you have enough room in your chosen location.
In this length, this is Klipsch's best center speaker. Because the longer Klipsch center speakers would not fit on my television stand, I chose the largest size woofers available for a shorter length. Very good quality!.
