This central channel is surrounded by two Klipsch RP-100 subwoofers. The sound stage is enhanced by the use of 160M's and a Klipsch sub. br>br>At first, I was hesitant to purchase this model, believing that it would be a waste of money. The larger woofers may be better suited to the 600C. I'm about 9 feet away, and this is a fantastic center channel. It aids in the creation of a lovely sound stage once it has been optimized.
The Def Tec was nice, but it lacked any noticeable bass, and the lows would occasionally bottom out, resulting in reverb. I purchased this Klipsch in the hopes of improving it. For almost 30 years, I've been a firearms instructor, and I rely on a good center channel to hear dialogue. In that regard, this one REALLY works; I'm currently using it with two - My front speakers are Klipsch RP600ms with a SVS PC2000 sub, and my surround speakers are Def Tech Procinema 800s. After testing the audyssey with my Onkyo TX-SR, I've come to the conclusion that NR646, you've done a fantastic job on everything. The movies are more enjoyable to watch because the central dialog is nice and clear. I was blown away. With Klipsch, you can't go wrong.
I wanted to replace my small Polk center speaker in my TV system, and I already had Klipsch side speakers and a sub, so I wanted to go with a larger, higher-quality center. I wanted matching timbre and efficiency, and the fact that these Reference Premier units were refurbished put them in play for the money I was willing to spend. The RP series is a step up from the R series, with the center speaker playing such an important role. These speakers outperform my smaller Polk speakers in terms of sound quality, efficiency, and not being too bright or harsh sounding (to me), as some reviews have claimed. Crisp and clear, with a good midrange, it shines in music videos and action films. It takes a week or so to break them in, so be patient. br>br>With the exception of a refurbished sticker on the box and contents, they appeared to be brand new. At this price, I definitely recommend them.
This is where the phrase "go big or go home" comes into play. I wanted a smaller version, but the seller abruptly canceled it; bad Amazon seller. I'm glad they chose to buy a refurbished item instead of a new one. The thing is, it's brand new, still in its original box, which is only slightly dented on the outside and in perfect condition. I got it for half the price. br>br>The sound quality on this device is incredible. My Yamaha RM-X1 soundbar has served me well. The 12 SW from Costco started my obsession with Klipsch products, but this one blows it out of the water in terms of sound quality. I had no intention of doing all five. Despite the fact that there was only one setup, I went ahead and did it anyway. I'd say it was a good decision because I'm really enjoying it. The set-up is something I use on a regular basis.
The sound quality appears to be very accurate to me. I'm hearing details that my previous center speaker didn't allow me to hear. It matched the other speakers and subwoofer perfectly. It's labeled as "Renewable. " My Klipsch arrived in its original Klipsch packaging, which had never been opened as far as I could tell. This is a speaker I would strongly recommend.
I wanted to upgrade my home theater system, particularly the old Klipsch Synergy center channel, which had always sounded "muddy. " "It was never "crisp" enough for on-screen action. " dialogue on the screen The RP 500C performed admirably in this regard. Even when I couldn't afford the Reference "Premier" (RP) models, I relied on Klipsch products for years. I now have a fully functional RP system, which I adore. br>In case you're interested, here's something else to think about: I was a little hesitant to purchase a "refurbished" speaker, despite the fact that it was over $100 cheaper than a new one. I didn't mind if it had cosmetic flaws as long as it did its job. It did, however, arrive in its original packaging and in perfect working order. I will not hesitate to purchase Amazon Renewed products in the future.
This was purchased to go with the Klipsch RP- 600m. It matches visually and is quite lovely. When I'm watching TV, I notice that this center channel seems to be the source of the majority of the sound and dialogue. As a result, the center channel speaker must be of high quality. And he's a great communicator! It is very clear. When watching shows with thick British accents or dialog recordings that sounded muddy, I found myself turning on subtitles with my old Pioneer speakers. These speakers, on the other hand, emphasized the importance of clarity. I'd suggest it!.
In fact, if it wasn't on Amazon, I wouldn't have known about it. I wouldn't have been able to tell if it had come in a box. Klipsch is one of my favorite brands, and this center channel is one of my favorites. I felt like my old entry-level speakers weren't cutting it any longer, so I decided to upgrade one speaker at a time, starting with the center. This speaker has a lot of bass and is very clear. It was an enormous leap forward right away! Because this speaker overpowered my 7. I had to rebalance my speaker settings because it was overpowered out of the box. 1 setup. However, once dialed in, it blends in nicely and is without a doubt the best speaker I own. I would strongly suggest it. Next, I'm looking forward to upgrading my loud speakers. I'm hoping to be able to find something that has been refurbished.
