Yes. This will work well in my GTI, which I currently have installed. Purchasing an Apple CarPlay dongle is something I recommend. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both available as options. This also comes with the connections if you have a sound system.

If it's a double din, no installation brackets are included, and the installation size is 180(W)*75(H)mm, with a screen panel size of 250(Top width)*240(Bottom width)*145(High)mm. Some vehicles may require an additional dash kit for a perfect fit!

I adore the large, lovely screen! I used to despise having a small screen on my backup camera because I thought it was inconvenient to use, but now it's perfect! I can see everything while backing up. The screen is extremely responsive, with no lag. My phone quickly and easily connected to the stereo; all I had to do was insert the pin. All of the apps function as they did on my phone, and I was even able to install Nova Launcher. Calls appear to work well; I've never had a problem where no one could hear me.
In my 2004 Saturn Vue, I installed this device. Because the screen isn't removable, and I couldn't install it directly to the dash's stock bezel, installation was a challenge. br>br>This doesn't get as loud as my previous headunit (JVC), but I'm sure it will be plenty loud for others. I like to crank up my system because I have aftermarket speakers and subs in my car, so I like to crank it up. br>br>The rearview camera was not working for me. br>br>Android 6 appears to be the operating system. 0 and won't let me update it, despite the fact that most of the apps I downloaded seem to be compatible and work fine. br>br>I can mirror my Samsung S8 to it, but I can't send files to it or control it from the phone. Bluetooth connectivity, on the other hand, is excellent. br>br>So far, the overall functionality has exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
For my son's truck, I bought this as a cheap radio. We were able to program the radio to perform all of the functions that were advertised. br>br>Problems: br>br> br>Internal microphone terrible, no external mic inputbr>Wifi terrible, couldn't connect to wifi even before installing itbr>FM radio sensitivity terriblebr>Not very loudbr>br>I was willing to overlook all of these issues until the screen failed within the first month. br>br>I took the risk so you wouldn't have to; pass and buy something else instead.
To add a backup camera and some newer car features to my 2006 F250, I installed a 1" android stereo. The 5 stars are deserved for the price and everything it can do. I've included a few photos of the installation. The instructions aren't exactly clear. It would be impossible, however, because there are so many different applications that could be used. You can see what I did by looking at the pictures. I drilled holes on each side of the mounting kit for the brackets, which I painted black to conceal them (along with the screws). When I installed the metal brackets on the plastic stereo installation kit, I used screws with nylon insert nuts to keep them from backing out. I recessed the front of the installation kit for clearance of the screws, and once I installed the stereo, I pushed it back to fully cover the hole behind the stereo. Details can be found in the photos. The reverse camera was powered by the black and pink wires from the stereo wire, which were tied into the rear taillight. The installation kit is flimsy and unreliable until you put it in the dash and screw in the four screws that secure the stereo to the metal brackets. Because I wanted to be able to tilt the stereo if necessary, I only used four screws to secure the brackets to the installation kit. Once the screws holding the stereo to the brackets were installed, I was ready to go. I moved the stereo closer to the dash, closing the gap in the process. I hope this information is useful. Tip: To avoid scratching the stereo's face, keep the protective clear film on it until you're finished installing it.
I was skeptical because of the low price of this stereo, but once I installed it, I was blown away; it's a very fast and responsive android head unit. If you get bored during your lunch break or something, having a big screen with YouTube and all the apps is great.
This radio could be sold for TWO TIMES the price and still be a great deal! It accomplishes all of your objectives. Touchscreen: br>br> 10/10 - It's responsive and has a nice appearance. - Youtube, SNES Emulator, Movies, Dimmable screen when car headlights are turned on, Customizable homescreen (you can literally make it look exactly how you want), Browser, Compatible with voice assistants like "Hey Google" and MILLIONS MORE! SUMMARY: br>br> br>It's an incredible radio. I could go on and on about the benefits (I CAN ACTUALLY PLAY SUPER NINTENDO GAMES ON IT! The only unfortunate aspect of this is that I believe the manufacturer/retailer of this radio is not fully exploiting its marketing potential. This radio is capable of performing a wide range of tasks. I made mine look like the home screen of a computer monitor, and before that, it was an Apple-themed operating system. I'll just sum up this review by saying that if you're on the fence about whether or not to buy this head unit, TRUST ME, you should. If the retailer sees this, please contact me about marketing so I can create a proper commercial and video review because this radio is incredible!.
