I'm a sucker for new technology. When the stereo in my 2003 Honda Element died, I needed something to entertain myself with. I chose the Hikity 10 as my test subject. Car Stereo with 1 Inch Android Display. I'm completely taken aback. comes with a GPS module (the pre-installed app's offline maps are excellent! ) The backup camera is functional and adequate, but where this device truly shines, and you must seriously consider this - This is an Android tablet that you're going to install in your vehicle. Everything you can do on a good tablet is now available in your vehicle. Do you see what I mean? I put a Bluetooth OBDII in my car, downloaded an app for it, and BOOM! Code checking and clearing on the fly, as well as access to all other data passing through my car's computer The default audio isn't great - IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA OF WIFI OR CAN CREATE A HOTSPOT ON YOUR PHONE, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD AND DYNAMIC EQ APP TO THE STEREO. On your dash, you can watch HULU, NETFLIX, and PRIME VIDEO. If you need to, you crazy person, check your Facebook (while parked, of course). I do a lot of my work from the comfort of my own vehicle - When I'm in the middle of driving, having a second screen to look at an email while on the phone is fantastic. If you realize that it's essentially a tablet that's built into your car, the possibilities are endless. The amount of storage on the hard drive is adequate. I was able to download two Netflix movies in case I didn't have access to the internet while camping. Want to change the wallpaper or listen to your entire music library when you're not connected to the internet? BOOM! 2 USB ports for music, photos, video, and anything else! I'm installing a Super Nintendo emulator on it right now, and I have a bluetooth controller that works with it. This is what I wanted when I first got my driver's license. br>br>Installation is challenging - I've mounted the unit to my dash panel, rather than the car's original mount. It was simply not possible to do so. It required some tweaking, but it is now secure and appears to be seamless. The tapered bottom matches the taper of my dash panel, giving it a seamless appearance. It didn't interfere with any of my HVAC vents. The fit is perfect. If you have an ELEMENT, I strongly advise you to use it. I'm excited to see what else this unit can do. I also used the Metra 70-miler. To use the stock amplifier, connect it with the 7863 Amplifier Retention Wire Harness and the HTTX RCA Female Plug to the AV Screw Terminal Audio/Video Connector. it was a success All of these books can be found on Amazon.

The unit was not working properly for me. I contacted Amazon to see if they could send me a replacement while I was recording audio. They refused to cooperate with me in any way. They basically said I could just return it and get a new one. br>br>I ended up emailing technical support for the product itself, and these gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me, eventually sending me a replacement unit without requiring me to return the old one.

This Android radio fulfills all of my expectations. I put in a 7-inch monitor. 3 powerstroke f250 with an elm327 Bluetooth adapter in the OBD2 port and torque pro on the radio to monitor the PCM values. It really works. The GPS antenna was not working properly for me. The seller went above and beyond by sending a replacement immediately and without hesitation. I was blown away.

br>First and foremost, I give it a four-star rating for ease of installation. It's only because it isn't suitable for beginners. I'm a mechanic, and I'm pretty good at it. I didn't buy the adapter kit, so I just used inline fuses instead. As for that, it took me about 4 to 5 hours. br>The device came with a built-in wiring diagram, so once you have power, switched, and ground, you can turn it on and see the rest of the plugs. br>As stated in other reviews, the amp control does not work. I did not even make an attempt. I already had a high-level input converter connected to my amplifier in the trunk, as well as a switched remote wire. br>br>Both the camera and the GPS are self-explanatory. Connect the reverse lights' power wires. The red wire from the camera should be connected to the hot side of your reverse light as well, for a total of 2 power and ground on the reverse light side, and then the red wire from the camera should be connected to the other end of the cam wire. It must be connected to a radio. I have a bluetooth obd2 adapter that I use to connect my gauges and obd systems. Everything is in working order. br>In addition, I use PS4 control and emulators to play Super Nintendo and other games. br>br>However, I did install a third-party launcher called car launcher pro, which completely transforms this stereo. It's all very intuitive now. The stock launcher works fine, but it defaults to kmh. I was having gps issues, but after installing Waze and running the gps test, I discovered that my gps is accurate to within one meter. br>br>While the sound is adequate, it is not a high-end audio system. However, it completes the task. Bluetooth calls and music from my phone sound fantastic through the headphone jack. br>br>Being an android tablet opens up a world of possibilities. br>To store music, movies, and apps, I installed a 500 GB hard drive in my dash. If you keep old apps closed in the recent menu, the 1 GB 16 storage performs admirably with no lags. If you can get your hands on one, this is a good device for a regular user. However, if you're a heavy Android user, the 2 GB model might be worth considering. br>br>Overall, I will and would most definitely buy from these guys again, as well as these products. Because of the Corona virus, shipping was as quick as possible. Customer service was extremely helpful and courteous in answering all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you for a fantastic deal and a fantastic product to help me update my ride.

I enjoyed it, but after about two years, I passed away. This Hikity face unit is comparable to Joying but costs a third of the price, and it's simple to set up. The sound quality is excellent! SWC is simple to set up and has excellent customer service. All you need to know is that to get to the second page from the settings page, you must scroll down.
