I got what I expected

It is better to buy new versus refurbished. There was no indication that I would be receiving a refurbished used product. Wouldn't have been an issue if they pointed that out due to the price of the product. Product arrived with chipped original powder coated paint, which was sprayed over with I thought I was ordering a brand new product with original packaging, not one in bubble wrap with a plastic bag. The product does not include hardware for installation or a manual This is just an advertisement for.

You get the greatest bang for your buck

The first thing I would like to talk about is the RAM mount I have! Having said that, I'd buy this time and time It can be used for frame parts, but the rubber ball is brand new, and the hardware and springs are all brand new. The unit was in great condition for the price. Mine did have a few blemishes, but a little black touch up paint fixed them. On top of that, I'm painting my own The reason for giving it 4 stars is that it is not brand new. This is a 5 star all the way for the significant amount of cash.

What if you paid $105 for it but didn't get bolts with it? My overall impression is that it is a great mount, rock solid, but there's one BIG It is unacceptable that the mounting bolts are not included with this item for its price? Are you serious? You may not be able to find stainless steel countersunk bolts if you live in a small town in the country

I used to have 2 on my old boat, 20 years ago. The new boat now has two new ones. It is not clear how they manage to maintain their business. It is longer for the mounts to last than the boats.
