This mount comes with a 1 1/2 in ball word for the Lowrance 7s, according to the first recommendation. For my HDS 7 Touch, I just placed an order for this.
It's what I use for my 12-inch unit, and I'm very pleased with it. This is something I strongly suggest for smaller units. I would buy a heavier one if I were to buy it again, which I may. This, on the other hand, works perfectly and, believe me, it gets a lot of use. Best wishes to you.
I don't have the mount in front of me right now, but it's probably around 4 inches long.
Yes, get the second one. You can go to transducer saver to find a 5 ball that fits all of the larger size units. It will cost about 85 to get the extra bottom to fit your wires from com. It will cost a little bit but it will be worth it. 00 for the two

On the Garmin Echomap 93sv UHD, it works perfectly. The 93's are extremely heavy, and this mount is unable to move them. The holes on the mount also perfectly align with the Garmin Echomap 73sv and 93sv.
This mount was recently purchased to mount a Lowrance Hook 7 on the bow of my boat. It keeps the unit firmly in place at full speed and is simple to adjust to any position required. For the installation, I used machine screws, nuts, and washers in the sizes 10x24x1. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
This is fantastic. They're sturdy, and they keep my Lowrance Elite9 Ti2 fish finders securely in place. One for the front of my boat and one for the cockpit were purchased. The Elite9 Ti2s weigh about 4 pounds, and the mount keeps them firmly in place while allowing for a variety of angles to be hit.
Before deciding on this mount, I looked at a lot of them. It is extremely strong and long-lasting. My Garmin can easily be rotated in any direction. A single twist of the screw handle is enough to loosen it. The mounting holes barely lined up with my Garmin, so I didn't need to drill any extras, but you don't want to loosen it too much or it will fall flat with the weight of the attached device.
There are at least three different types of 111U model mounts available from Ram: "B", "C", "D", or "E" are the options. 111U- is the model number. 111U- The B is the smallest mount, while the E is the tallest. The image appears to be of a D type. The grade I got was a B. I can't use it because it's too short for my setup. This vendor should be more specific about what he or she is selling.
For some reason, I assumed it would be made of molded plastic and thus useful, but only for a short time. It is, however, metal, heavy, and well worth the investment. My Lowrance Fish Finder Bracket was perfectly suited for mounting homes. This book comes highly recommended.
I haven't put it in any rough water yet, but it's exactly what I needed to mount my HDS 7. It appears to be quite sturdy, and I doubt it will budge even in rough water.
