The first one I got had intermittent connectivity issues after two weeks, so they rushed me out another one We've hauled a trailer cross country after my kids parked the trailer for a week in the mountains of Colorado, and we know where they are and that they're not speeding. The app worked great even through 18 inches of snow after baking in 100 degrees Upon reporting it started transmitting intermittently, support was prompt and friendly, talked me through rebooting and testing, and when it sent some weird data they knew there was something wrong and rushed one right out, extended my contract for the days it was acting up, and so on. The communication with someone in the USA on a well-made American product was really nice. After taking the thing apart to reboot, I was really impressed with how well the sealing had been done, felt bad after adding extra sealant around the screws that wasn't needed. These are great peace of mind for people who want to keep track of their family on long road trips, expensive equipment, etc. When it comes to geozone, that seems pretty awesome to me. If anyone has any concerns about trailer theft, then that would be fantastic. When I towing, I connected it to trailer running lights along with a rearview camera from Amazon, so whenever a trailer is running, it charges and gives them a functional back-up. In traffic, they loved the rearview camera and I liked tracking the GPS information. My kids put 3000 miles on it, and I loved the tracking feature Definitely worth it.
