We approached them about using their HYDRO LTE in our JuiceBox line of solar generators (an unusual use) to track their location, battery health, temperature, and other parameters. ZeroFossil creates mobile solar generators for use in sustainable event production, off-grid power generation, and other applications. Grid power, remote security, and other applications are just a few examples. We needed a way to remotely monitor battery levels for critical services, and the HYDRO fits the bill perfectly. The TrackmateGPS is highly customizable and performs better than we expected. We use two of these to track our off-road vehicles, and I own two of them. They're tough, water-resistant, and dependable. They do take a toll on the battery. If you don't use your vehicle on a regular basis, a battery maintainer/trickle charger will run it down in about two weeks. Both the app and the website make it very easy to locate your vehicles and see where they've been. I've used other Trackmate products in the past, and the tech support has always been prompt in resolving any issues or answering any questions I've had. This is a fantastic product that works.

My vehicle was not returned by the renter, who kept it for two days without paying the rental fee. The vehicle was moving, as I could see on the app, but with my plan in place - I called Trackmate GPS and spoke with Wolf because there was a 3 minute lag. As I drove to retrieve my car, he was able to point me in the right direction. I was able to work out a solution with the renter, but I wanted to emphasize that Trackmate GPS has always returned my calls. Wolf even called back to double-check that I was okay. Excellent customer service and a fantastic product.

This tracker works well, but it was a pain to set up. For the installation, we had to pay $450. Thankfully, when we called tech support, they were very helpful.

Please conduct thorough research. This device was installed in my 2020 Toyota Corolla. The battery was completely depleted as a result of it. The battery had to be replaced, so I went to get it. I've disconnected it for the time being.
