The device works and tracks reasonably well, but the monthly subscription is $30 or so. In comparison, a similar service from VZN will set you back $3. 99/month, but only after the first year, because their trackers include a free year of service (or did at the time of writing). br>The mobile app is a complete waste of time. The website has improved, but it still lacks some key features and is written in such a way that I found that some features worked in Firefox, others in Chrome, others in Internet Explorer, and still others in Edge, but none of them appeared capable of driving the site with all features operational. The website was unstable in each browser, and the interface was poorly designed, making it difficult to save changes or know if you'd saved changes to settings or zones. Overall, it tracks very well, but I'm deactivating mine in favor of a Verizon one that costs twice as much simply because the cost of service means that I'll save money in just two months over this one.
I'd never owned a GPS device before (aside from the find my iPhone app), so I was a little nervous at first, but once I opened the package, there were clear and concise instructions with images that explained all of the steps needed to use the device and get started. I was able to get started on the app and website after charging for the recommended amount of time; I had some issues getting my credentials to work in the app and website, but the IT department was extremely helpful with a chat feature, which allowed the issue to be properly resolved and in a timely manner! br>br> Now let's talk about the device. It's small, sleek, and minimalistic, with a panic button in the center (which is a fantastic feature). The device's bottom right has three different LED lights that indicate whether it's on, how much battery it has, and whether it's tracking you. The device is small enough to fit in my purse or even a pocket of my coat. I was also about to put it in the glove compartment of my car to track its location (as seen in the photo). It was unobtrusive and easy to conceal! This would be ideal for keeping track of small children (in a diaper bag) or an elderly person with Alzheimer's or another cognitive illness. br>br>Both the app and the website are fantastic. You can track different trips and generate reports using the Brickhouse program. By changing the report parameters, I was able to see my activity over the course of a day and even a week. You have the option of making the report as simple or as detailed as you like. Different perspectives, such as street view vs. satellite view, are displayed on the maps. real-time view (as seen in the image), which may be useful depending on your tracking needs. The panic button is one of my favorite features. The website has a learning curve, but there are plenty of resources available, and the chat feature with IT makes it extremely user friendly if you have any questions. I honestly learned the majority of what I know by tinkering with the software and experimenting with various reports. br>br>The subscription service is extremely cost-effective, especially considering all of the features available, such as reporting and tracking, as well as satellite tracking. The tracking is flawless, and I've never experienced any lags as a result of the service; the ability to use both the app and the website makes it ideal for everyone. br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It could be used for a variety of purposes, to be honest. I used it to track my car, my niece, and my grandfather, as well as bringing it to work a few times to see how well it would work in a high rise; it's very discreet and simple to use for anyone! I strongly advise it to anyone looking for a simple, low-cost tracking device with a low-cost subscription. It does the job without adding unnecessary features that make it difficult to use!.
The setup and operation of this product is far too difficult. It's best to stay away from it at all costs. $24 is needed to complete this task. To use it, you must pay a monthly fee of $95 Customer service is both ineffective and impolite.
This device has pleasantly surprised me; I've only had it for a little over two weeks and it's been a tremendous help. Because I travel frequently for work, I am able to deduct the majority of my travel expenses. This shows you where you went each day (how many miles you drove, where you stopped, average mph, and so on). I had no trouble completing my weekly expense report!
Also, the battery lasts a remarkably long time. I charged it once, and it still shows it is at 50% battery life. I will notice however, t My Honda CRV has a curved dashboard - It continued to slide all over the place. I kept it in the pocket next to the door handle and it worked perfectly. br>br>Setting up the app was a breeze. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete this task.
Here are some of the reasons why I'm happy with it. br>Portable: this device is compact enough to fit into a bookbag, pouch, or purse. br>Reliability: br>Reliability: br>Reli The unit's location is very precisely specified by the locator. You won't be able to tell which room it's in, but you will be able to figure out which building it's in. br>Alerts: br>Notifications: br>Notifications: b This is without a doubt my favorite aspect of the tracker. You can have text or email alerts sent to you. You can program it to send you notifications for various events. I programmed mine to send me a text message whenever the device moved. After that, I'll be able to see where it's heading. br>There was a slight learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a fantastic tracker. The best part is that it has a lot to offer at a low cost.
