The issue is that it is too large and protrudes too far. I don't want it to stand out as much as it does now. On the bright side, it's a cinch to use! It is extremely simple to operate. After you download the app and plug it into your port, you'll be able to track whatever car you plugged it into. I believe the packaging could be improved, but it is still very good. I wanted to return it, but they demanded that I pay return shipping costs, which ranged from $5 to $10. 99 to 11. Or I can drop it off at an Amazon store for free if I drive a long distance. I should be able to store it free of charge in the Amazon locker where I picked it up. I work two jobs and don't have the time to drop it off, nor do I have access to a printer to ship it. As a result, I'm stuck with a tracker that I don't want to use and won't use because it's a thorn in my side. If you don't mind it being in plain sight, I recommend this tracker. There's also a one-week free trial, after which monthly plans begin at $12. The cost is $99 per month. Great concepts, but they're far too large.

There isn't a single app available. You must bookmark the website and add it to your home screen. The instruction book is a disaster. For weeks, I've been attempting to set up movement alerts with no success. It won't text you; instead, it says it'll send you an email, which never gets delivered. You don't have to charge it, which is convenient, but the cost and monthly fee aren't worth it if you have to keep logging in to see if the vehicle is moving.

Guys who aren't aware that trucks use oil are among us. If you have a problem, customer service responds to emails on a regular basis within an hour, most of the time within 15 minutes.

The gadget is in excellent condition. This device was purchased to keep an eye on my daughter while she was driving. I also purchased a cable to conceal the plug and prevent it from being accidentally kicked. It's simple to set up, and the app is simple to use. You can view a route report, set boundary alerts, and more. It appeals to me.
