I have used it on everything I have used! There are three input devices a mouse, keyboard, and numeric It may not work for everyone, but everyone says it does. We would have to cut the cable and look at their website as it doesn't say what they can offer. This has to be an extension or it cannot conceivably

How is anyone in 2018 going to benefit from one of these? The PS/2 keyboard is a thing of the past, who uses one anymore? I suspect that if you're reading this review, you're also trying to figure out a way to keep your vintage keyboard hooked up to your bleeding edge workstation so you can keep cranking out code. I had my IBM Model M keyboard robbed of its functionality after about 8 years of service due to a faulty PS/2 extension cable. In order to get things back on track, I bought this Tripp Light PS/2 extension cable. I've had no problems with it so far. Nonetheless, I'm knocking off a star for the fact that the female end of the cable (the one that goes into the computer) arrived crooked and wasn't ready to connect. After using a pair of jewelry pliers, I reshaped the pendant in a matter of minutes. I'm glad to report that everything's working now. I hope that the next time I need one, the ones I see are still available.
