As much as it sits almost flush with your laptop's surface, it has a little bit of tilt, resulting in it being closer to a traditional desktop keyboard or machine than to a laptop keyboard. My child needs this so that virtual school isn't too difficult for him. Despite the high cost, it will prove worthwhile.
