Product Description

Wireless bridge system, the EZ-Bridge-LT+ operates in the 2.450 GHz band. This bridge has a high power capacity of 250mW. An unlicensed spectrum band at 4GHz is currently providing real-world transmission speeds of up to 100Mb/s.
Among other things, it complies with IEEE 802 specifications. It is necessary to make sure that 11g and n are interoperable.
Through the EZ-Bridge-LT+, you can easily create a seamless wireless bridge between networks that are separated by up to 3 miles.
Whether you need to connect two or more buildings, share internet access, monitor your video surveillance remotely, or access a network remotely, the device is the perfect plug and play solution.
Connecting multiple EZ-Bridge-LT+ units together in mesh mode to interconnect more than two sites is possible.

Questions & Answers

I hate that. We do not recommend this for the untrained. Would anyone be willing to walk us through the process of installing this?

In 2009, I gained access to the previous version of this kit (there was no "+" in the model number). Their plug-and-play nature makes them easy to install You can play this game on any device Set up to securely talk to each other without the need for configuration. Computer, camera, etc.) There is no need to do anything else. *below, I describe my experience with this kit. A few years later, I upgraded to a faster system, but this kit basically hooked up Just toy around.

Do these have enough power to go through a dense forest of about 13 yards (roughly)?

In short, yes. There are several buildings and trees along the path. I am running about a mile. Signal strength is about half what it should be. Additionally, I have a set in the attic of my house, as well as one in the attic of a Worked great for me.

Approximately 500mbps are delivered by the router. I will be bridging an area of approximately 175 feet, what type of signal delivery can I expect to receive? TV in HD is what I would like. ?

As low a setting as possible should be used for transmit power. No faster than 15 mbit/s is expected as the best rate of transmission. For faster transfer rates, I recommend going with a 5 GHz system, which gets 20 Mbit/sec. There is a better system to use than this outdated one With EnGenius Technologies Long Range 11n 5GHz Wireless Bridge/Access Point (ENS500), you can link up to 100 Mbps

We've been going for more than a month now, and so far everything has gone well
5/5

AirBnB buildings are located across the street from each other and nearby a few houses away. As for the internet, we didn't want to pay for it there or at either place. In addition, we don't have the ability to run a cable across the street, so this looked like the best solution, and so far it is We will update this review if we run into any issues.

This device seems to go a long way. The distance I've been using it for is only about 400 feet. My use case may not warrant this level of complexity. Nevertheless, we tested a normal router, but it just wasn't efficient enough, there was only one signal at the second airbnb, so it wouldn't have been able to stream video to multiple people at the same time. Nonetheless, this device is working as well as it should. A total of $199 was paid. Price hiked up to $207. It was 78 at the beginning of the year, and it looks like it's now 207. 1 On Amazon, you can get it for $95 . We are saving about $70 a month on internet with this, so even though it may seem high, it will pay for itself It took me most of the day to research which is the best and read reviews before buying. In the end, I decided on this one because I thought it was the most stable. It worked for a few months then stopped working all of a sudden on other devices. We didn't want that to happen to us, that would be a disaster. So we paid a little more for this one and so far, it's working fine, no problems so far. Also, I chose this one because it's simply plug and play and doesn't require a lot of setup. It just works as if it were an Ethernet The rate we pay is 150/150 for Verizon Internet, and typically we receive 40/70 on average. There are more than enough resources for the streaming of several video streams at the same time. My main complaint is that I cannot turn left or right to point in the right direction with the back mounting bar. It can be tilted up and down, but it is difficult to turn left and right. Please read *EDIT My last update, just to let you know, this has been with me over six The system has been working flawlessly for the past couple of days. This morning, it suddenly stopped working, but it was easy to fix I simply unplugged it and then plugged it back in, and it began.

My first attempt did not go smoothly, but technical support from Tycon assisted me
5/5

For some reason, my antennas did not work right out of the box as most customers did. This installation taught me a few things about networking, even though I am not at all knowledgeable about it. of the biggest things to avoid is The receiving antenna should not be connected to a router when you are first powering up the antennas. In my case, I configured the router at the receiving end as a wireless access point so I could get wireless on the receiving end. It's probably the reason I was screwed A router on that side of the house gave the antenna on that side an IP address, which caused the two antennas to lose contact. It was only after I downloaded Tycons' "discovery tool" program that I learned how to reset the antennas back to factory specs by clicking on the "internet browser" button in that window, instead of clicking just on the "restore/reset" button I also connected a cat5e cable between the smart TVs at the receiving location and the wireless router that I set up there as an access point for wireless networking. There are no problems at all. A hardwired cat 5e cable connects two houses 250 feet apart. The connection is similar to a hardwired Internet connection between the two The product worked great, and I'm planning on buying a second one soon to use for yet another project. It was a pleasure to deal with Tycon's customer service. I am happy to tell you that the following update has been made one There has been no change to the way things run. The device is trouble-free, requires no maintenance, and does not require resetting. A few years later, I bought another set of antennas to tackle a more ambitious project. The distance I was attempting to conquer this time was 1,325 feet - which was no mean feat. The distance to a remote building is a bit less than 1/4 mile. As a result, I raised the antennas above some pine trees by installing two 20 ft tall treated 4x6 posts. There were a few branches and other trees in the way, and it was a little daunting, but has worked out It is not ideal to be streaming movies from this remote location, but I could not ask for more. I am so pleased with Currently I have some kind of Internet connection at three buildings (and one internet bill). Thank you so much.

You might be able to avoid some of the As a result of this bridge, we have no problems
5/5

There is a 500 foot distance between our main house and guest house, where the cable runs. The line of sight is clear. The following points need to be noted must use a router at the remote end of the bridge, and the router must be compatible with the bridging system. Therefore, you must have a router at the local internet connection and one at the remote connection. When we bought the original router for the bridge, it did not work, and we had to return it and find a new one My husband and I got TP Links and we are very happy with them. A total of four additional cables will be needed. There is one cable going from the antenna to the router in both houses, so a total of two pretty long cables per In addition, you will need a cable that is provided with the system to go from the power box to the router for a total of two cables in each For this purpose, we just needed the short ones. In addition, the port on the outside antenna can only accommodate a regular size cat5 or cat6 cable. Those we had had an outer rubber ring around them so they could be used outside. It caused a big problem because we had to cut a large hole in the antenna casing in order to fit it and it is now not protected from the environment. As of now, we are trying to fix this issue. The final image shows poles with the system they use to mount them. The brackets for mounting it on a pole are not included but they were available to purchase separately if you didn't need to use them. Here are some tips on how to make sure you get the most from.
