My old NetGear WAP was useless, so I had to replace it, and we use these ones at work, so I tried it. In order to install and configure the device, you must use the phone app, so going to your PC and typing in the IP address won't work. I was able to control it flawlessly once it was set up. It is a bit more expensive than NetGear (which is the mistaken name my phone tries to fix to "Net Fear"), but it is.
