I bought two of these screens because I was suddenly working full-time and going to school full-time - no tech support. from the comfort of your own home My graphic design job required a larger screen than the one on my laptop. br>br>The first monitor appears to be of excellent quality - Colors that are crisp, vibrant, and rich. The second appears to be equipped with a privacy screen. The tones are muted and dusty. I've tried everything I can think of in terms of graphics card and monitor settings, but it's still not working. Support is of no use - They never pick up the phone or return messages. As a result, I gave it back and - Exactly the same situation! br>br>I've tried different HDMI cables, different ports, more adjusting, and Googled endless suggestions with no luck.
Time will tell how long this monitor lasts, but so far I'm impressed with its clarity, sharpness, and features for the low price; I'm using it with a Dell (E7440 14") laptop with Intel HD graphics and have it set to use native YbCr @ 75hz 1920x1080, and it looks great. For the past few months, I've been working from home - and possibly for a long time to come - I needed a larger screen than the 17" LCD monitor I was using at the time. Wasn't this a significant improvement? At work, I have a lovely 34" Dell monitor that I may not see again for a while, and this 24"-inch monitor is a nice complement to it. That old 60hz display on a Dell Optiplex Intel HD desktop does not make me miss it. In any case, it has all of the modern features, such as blue light shift, night mode, power saving, and so on, and it's been a joy to use. I had never heard of Sceptre before, and I'm glad I gave it a try. We'll see how it holds up in the long run. br>br>UPDATE: So far, 4/21 has been a positive experience. There are no problems to report, and all of the pixels are active. Sceptre, you did an excellent job. I'm still working from home (most of the time) and am enjoying using this monitor.
The monitor arrived in good shape, was easily set up, and has excellent screen brightness and color with no dead pixels. Even with the monitor's and Windows' volume settings maxed out, speakers are barely audible. I tried calling Sceptre to see if there was anything else I could do to improve the speaker's performance, but technical support doesn't pick up the phone or return calls. I didn't buy it for the speakers, and the alternative monitors I looked at didn't have them either, but I realized it would be useful if they could be used because the HDMI connection automatically sends the audio output to them. I'm not sure if returning it to try to improve the speakers is worth the trouble. That's why it'd be helpful if Sceptre could tell us how well the speakers are expected to perform.
These were reasonably priced and make lovely displays. The frame/bezel is extremely small. br>br>Excellent monitor for business.
This review excludes gaming because the monitor will be used for office work and watching videos. • Image qualitybr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> Images are crisp and videos are smooth, with a clean and bright image. br>• Ports are a type of transportation that allows people to travel from one place to another. There are two HDMI ports, one VGA port, and three USB ports. x1 in 5mm audio, 3 in 5mm audio, 5mm audio, 5mm audio, 5 1 x 5mm audio output • Bezel and profile are both very thin. br>br>Consbr>• Power connection is not standard. • Stand has a fixed height and feels flimsy. br>• Uses a mini brick, which lends to the benefit of a thin profile. br> br>• Audio is mediocre at best, with full volume muddled in videos where audio is mic'd. Half-volume is difficult to comprehend, but audio quality is acceptable at 75. External speakers for your computer or laptop are recommended. If you need an FHD monitor for extra desktop space or general use, this is a monitor that is reasonably priced, has good image quality, and will meet your needs. HDR, FreeSync, and G-Sync aren't likely to be included. Because this monitor was not designed for that crowd, there is no Sync or Display Port. The 75Hz refresh rate, on the other hand, is a welcome addition to video playback. Because there is no height adjustment, you'll need to use an arm or an additional monitor stand. The price was ideal at the time of purchase, only a few dollars more than a similar but smaller monitor I had purchased a year before. Overall, a good monitor for everyday use! br>br>.
So I turn on the monitor, plug in my Xbox, and get to work on a game. Everything is fine until the monitor abruptly turns off after about 25 minutes. The light goes out, then comes back on after a minute. It now simply shuts down and restarts. Of course, there is no round-the-clock support, so I'm now sat here with a bunk monitor. At the very least, provide 24-hour tech support; I've tried multiple outlets in my house without success.
After a long search, I finally found this monitor, which exceeded my expectations for the price. I had some reservations about the brand, but I decided to take a chance because this model was new and had just been released. Overall, the picture and screen quality are excellent - This has a matte finish, so there are no reflections, which is good; it also has a matte finish, so there are no reflections, which is good; and it has a matte finish, so there are no reflections, which is good Those who are used to glossy screens, such as myself, will need to adjust to the screen for a day or two. I'm hoping that, like other high-end brands, this monitor will last for many years. Note: The bezel is very thin (as shown in the image above), but when the image is displayed, there is an additional thin border, as shown in the image above. I'm not sure if this narrow strip is present on all monitors, or if it is covered by the bezel on some makes/models. For the price, I am completely satisfied with the screen quality, color, resolution, sharpness, 75 hz, and lack of reflection.
Several Sceptre models have pleased me, but this one in particular. When the price dropped from $110, I had no choice but to switch to another model. 00 up to $180 The picture quality is excellent, and the bezel is minimal. Although the stand tilts, there is no height adjustment, which I would expect in a $110 product. However, it is not a $180 monitor. Monitor number 00. The stand is adequate for my needs, but I would use a VESA desk mount with this monitor if I needed more adjustments. I don't use the speakers on any of my monitors because I find them to be unusable. They should not have built-in speakers, which would reduce the cost or provide better speakers, in my opinion. I have to provide various speakers on a regular basis. If you're interested, I switched to the Sceptre E248W-A monitor. The 19203R has the same options as the 19203R, but the picture is only $105.
