I have an old 100% SRGB Asus monitor that I bought back in 2014 for photo editing, and it blows it out of the water. This monitor was purchased because I thought the high refresh rate would be suitable for gaming, but the colors are so bad that I just couldn't stand to see a few minutes of gameplay. The picture quality is so poor, I don't want to bother messing with it and I don't think it can be improved at all to even come close to my 120$ six year old monitor that looks so good. I understand that some monitors need to be adjusted out of the box. As soon as I get home, I will box it up and send How awful this monitor was is truly amazing to me. Until something better comes along, I will do what I am currently doing.

As soon as I ordered the monitor I was stoked, but the day before it arrived the day before the monitor was delivered I ventured into the comment section and found SO MANY terrible As I wrote this review, my heart sank, I felt like I was about to get a trash product. In spite of this, I'm apprehensive to publish it while I may tip my luck to my detriment. The following are the options It has absolutely zero defects, no pink dots on the screen, no smudges on the physical screen and is set at 144hz. I have adjusted the screen to my liking, and it has no smudges or green dots. There are no defects to speak of. It is not a bad thing at all! There is no lag, and its a bargain for a cheaper price.

The only thing I found is that the picture quality is a little bit fuzzy, but I don't mind it because i'm a perfectionist and OCD. In most cases, you only notice it when loading a still picture or a screen. As far as I notice it in game, it doesn't bother me It does a really good job of maintaining a clean picture, plus it looks amazing with a high refresh rate. As for the monitor, I have had it for 6 months, and it's been good, except that the height adjuster on the monitor stand has started to slide down (I like to keep it fully extended because I'm tall), so I'm not too worried about it. Overall, I have not had problems with it (knock on wood). In fact, I think it's been an outstanding product for the price.

There is no doubt that this is one of the worst image display panels I have ever seen. What I do to the settings doesn't seem to make any difference since the top is always dim and color-shifted. It is particularly difficult to view a TN panel with the viewing angles as bad as they are. Colors shift so rapidly that you cannot even locate the distance where they shift. A dim yellow is present even when the monitor is dead on top, and a pure white in its location. (

) The response time is outstanding, and gysnc is unparalleled. There is no way I can imagine anyone being content with what they see.
