A HDMI cable is required. In order to see if I could use a vga to displayport cable, I bought one but it did not work

So far I've been using it on my PlayStation and it has been pretty good. As long as you have a HDMI cable, you should be able to use it with Nintendo too.

I was able to play games and work on the monitor without any problems. It was the appearance of my monitor that caused me to have a problem. It is evident from the product image below that there is a green light across the bottom of the screen. It has only a green light above the HP logo at the bottom center. In the beginning, I thought the monitor was defective when I found out that the light was only in the center. However, after more research, I found that this is actually the normal behavior for this particular model of I was originally going to return it based on this, but decided it would be more hassle than it is worth, so I decided to.

On November 10. Having my first real monitor feels so good and in my opinion is very impressive. It plays videos and video games so well.
