I'd been eyeing this model for a while and discovered it on Prime Day for a great price (I subscribed to Prime just to get this deal). br>br>In addition to three cables, a power brick (similar to what you'd find in a cellphone), the folding carry case/stand, and even a screen protector, the packaging was very nice and protective. The screen protector is not included and must be installed by the user, but it is a nice feature to have. br>br>The monitor itself is very slim, and it fits into my laptop case with ease. I don't even need to bring the included power brick because the screen is powered by my PC's USB port. It's very convenient to have a C port on your computer. br>br>The screen is as bright as the one on my newer Dell laptop (Inspiron). I put it through a few YouTube-based dead or stuck pixel tests and it passed with flying colors. br>br>The controls include a multifunction rocker and button switch that makes it simple to adjust the screen's brightness and other settings. The on- The on-board speakers are adequate, but not as good as the ones in my 17-inch laptop. The speakers in the KYY may actually be better if you have a very small laptop. br>br>Despite the fact that most laptops still have one, the included headphone jack is appreciated. This is crucial to know if you own a newer Samsung phone. br>br>I'm not a big gamer, but I did try a little FPS gaming to see if there was any ghosting and to check the response rate. It appeared to be excellent. My primary motivation is to increase my productivity. Having an extra screen to open a web browser or an office document can help you get more work done. br>br>You can't connect a full-size computer to a full-size computer. The only drawback is the small HDMI connector, but given the frame's thinness, this is understandable. I believe that is a common usage- A "Portable Monitor" is a type of monitor that can be carried around. "br>br>I notice that the screen is dim, but that isn't the source of my annoyance because increasing the brightness usually makes it usable. The issue is that the monitor loses all of its settings whenever you turn off the power (for example, when you're packing up). This means that you must adjust the settings (such as the brightness) each time you set it up. When a monitor is labeled "Portable," it should keep all of its settings after being disconnected from the power supply. I move around and travel a lot for work and for fighting game tournaments before COVID ruined everything. A PS4 is easy to throw into a backpack or duffel bag, but a monitor is a different story. This device excels at serving as a hotel room practice setup as well as a spare monitor for less popular games at local events. You can also use it in conjunction with a laptop to create a portable dual-screen setup. If a small portable screen is too crowded for the work you're doing on the go, you can set up a second monitor. br>br>It's a little pricey for such a small screen, but it comes with built-in sound (roughly laptop quality) as well as an audio port for headphones or external speakers. Because not everyone has switched to USB-C, it comes with all the cables you'll need right out of the box. In addition, a USB drive is included in the package. C to USB- My MacBook Pro is compatible with a C cable. Quality: br>br>Quality: br>br>Quality: br>br>Quality The monitor displays a quick KYY logo and then the video feed as soon as it is turned on. If you've ever used an iPad, you'll notice how similar this looks and feels to an iPad Pro in widescreen mode. The 1080p image is vibrant and colorful, and it complements the gameplay nicely. The sound is clear and well-balanced. It even outperforms our larger monitors in terms of sound quality. I'm reminded of an iPad cover when I see the magnetic monitor cover and stand. It has a nice texture and magnetic attachments that make it completely removable. It took a few tries to figure out the proper folding patterns for using it as a stand, but the instruction booklet was extremely helpful. br>br>So far, we've been very impressed with this monitor, and we'd expect a much higher price for the quality and accessories.

Working from home full-time necessitated the purchase of additional monitors in order to increase the efficiency of my workflow. I have a small desk and wanted to use a portable monitor in front of an existing monitor; the KYY monitor fit the bill perfectly, leaving enough room for my mechanical keyboard and wrist rest. Because I only have a small space to work with, I used the included cover. The cover is useful for protecting the screen and transporting the monitor. br>br>I was pleased with the display's color and sharpness, and, more importantly, this portable monitor had all of the ports on the right side, which was ideal for my needs. Some of the other portable monitors I was considering had ports on both sides, which would have been inconvenient for me. This may or may not be important to you depending on your needs. There were no dead pixels to be found, and the build quality was excellent for the price. br>br>I'm not a fan of the single button/swivel function for all OSD functionality, but it gets the job done. br>br>The display brightness fits well with my setup (300 nits is more than enough for an indoor screen in my opinion) and matches the brightness of the MacBook Pro I use for work. br>br>I got this on a lightning deal, but I wouldn't hesitate to pay full price for it. br>br>My only wish is that it had vesa mounting capabilities.
