At first I thought this was broken, until I realized I had to remove the top and bottom of the case before it worked. (You can left the top attached, though the bottom must be removed or it won't go in fully). Since it can make full contact with the two ports, it is working like a charm. However, I would probably get the wired port next time since it is really nice not to have anything hanging off your computer when you move it around, and I like how snug it is and how little space it takes up.
