Overheating during high workloads has caused all my previous units to malfunction (probably due to intense overheating). The unit also appears to take less time to turn on my dual displays than most other units I've tried, and it will take the wake signal from my laptop and turn them on in less than two seconds. A 3 second countdown. The ports on the back of the device are easy to access, a pleasant surprise after I thought I had to deal with bulky units. The transfer speed seems quite fast (at least in comparison to a USB 3) and the overall design is nice. Previously, there have been no hubs. The use of this solution will allow Apple to discontinue its removal of ports from their computers. The solution, at least for me when I'm at home, is a welcome and easy connection (only one wire) to my laptop, and all my peripherals are connected and ready to use. My hope is that it will last as I've spent an inordinate amount of money replacing other units that have failed, either because of irrational company behavior or because of out-of-warranty components It is real.

It was informed to me that they are actively updating their hardware to work seamlessly with the It was agreed that I would be informed when the hardware was ready. My honest answer is no, I have never received any contact from a company offering this kind of assistance. Thank you for your kind words. It was tested on a MacBook Pro M1-based unit Though I thought the overall design was great and accessibility was excellent, I could not get my 34" LG UltraWide monitor to connect via USB. The screen would go black within a few minutes of usage when connected with HDMI. The only way to get it back was to physically unplug and plug it back in again. Apple support ran a diagnostic on my MacBook and determined that it was the docking station.

Raised a ticket and talked to them. In the end, I had to return.

It's been 5 weeks since I got this laptop dock, and I must say, I'm impressed. You can see in the attached pictures that the included cable extends from the back of the dock (i. e. This dock is the perfect size for my laptop and home office needs! This is an improvement over some of the docks currently available. What I like most about the USB stick is that it can be charged wirelessly A cable from the dock to the computer Since my laptop is long enough, it does not get in the way of other items on my desk, etc. I am free to move it around as I wish.
