Yes, it can be connected via USB, according to my son.
If it has the exFAT file system, you should be able to, but an adapter will be required. The cable is of the USB type. I bought one, but it didn't work. Another was sent to me, but it didn't work either.
I have one, but it's an eight-teras one, and it's worked out fantastically for me.
It will work on both the Xbox One and the Xbox Series X. If you want a fast loading speed, however, get a Seagate Xbox Series x card.

Once again, there is a deceptive advertisement. This is the second device I've bought that's supposed to work with the S series. Regrettably, this is not the case.
It's a good deal for more storage, but it's not designed to be used as a play from hard drive device; instead, I transfer games from this to my onboard hard drive for actual play. The larger games, which are around 200 gigabytes in size, can take an hour or two to transfer.
It really works. On my Xbox s series, I'm using it for extra storage. I was always concerned that storing games on an external drive would cause them to run slowly, but I've had no such problems.
br>For those of us who have Xbox Serie X/S, the transfer speed is noteworthy and highly recommended.
I gave it a three because it did not follow my specific instructions on the way back up the stairs when it was in the front of the house and someone could take it.
Simple to work with.
This is a piece of garbage. It also doesn't come with any reformatting software.
Thank you, it's in excellent condition.
