The one I received isn't a number four. 97GHz denotes the following: br>Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-series processors, 11th generation @ 2: 1165G7 80GHz 2. 80 GHz
INNOCN No. 15 The 6" monitor is fantastic.
That's what I believe. I use both Affinity Designer and Silhouette Studio at the same time because Studio uses a lot of memory and Affinity Designer is similar to Illustrator.
This isn't a laptop with a touch screen.

This is a review of HP as well as the laptop. The display on this laptop stopped working after only a month and a half of use. There was nothing but a black screen in front of me. br>Because the product was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, I contacted HP. Over the phone, we ran a battery of tests on the device. According to the representative, whatever was wrong with the laptop was a common issue. As a result, a Service Order was made. They'd have the laptop for three days, according to what I was told. They would repair it and send it back to me in four business days. br>It's been just over a month since they've had my laptop, and I just got an email from them saying there was "Accidental Damage" that was deemed "Customer Induced Damage. " The cost of the repair is $625, according to the email. Because there was no damage to the laptop when I sent it in, I contacted HP once more and filed a complaint. I was asked if I had any photographs to back up my claim, which I did. I don't. I inquired as to why, if the laptop had been damaged, it had not been noted when they received it. I was required to fill out a form when I sent the laptop to them, describing the problem and if the device was damaged in any way; I would have assumed they would have inspected the laptop upon receipt. Now, nearly a month later, after no communication from HP during that time, they're claiming "Customer Induced Damage. " "br>It had been four days since that happened. Every day since then, I've tried unsuccessfully to contact that representative. I've left messages for him on each occasion, but he has never responded. My laptop is still with HP, and it's been four days since I returned it. I was fortunate enough to have purchased the Asurion Protection Plan. However, I am still unable to contact HP in order to obtain a refund for my laptop. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> I finally received the laptop and sent it to Asurion right away. It's been two weeks since that happened. The parts were ordered by Asurion, but the device appears to be beyond repair. So, after all this time of hoping that the laptop would be repaired, I now have to look for a replacement.
By the end of December, I had purchased a brand new HP Pavilion laptop from this seller, but the laptop had a defect: the screen would go black for a few seconds and a sound would be heard. As a result, I contacted the seller and requested that the laptop be returned within 30 days. I returned the laptop in its original box, complete with all original accessories as well as the protective parts that came with it. The seller refunded me 80% of what I originally paid and kept 20% of my money on the ground that I returned the laptop with broken or missing parts stating that I returned the lap That isn't correct! This seller should not be trusted! If you, like me, have the misfortune of purchasing a defective laptop, he will make excuses to Amazon in order to keep your money. This seller is untrustworthy and dishonest!!.
It would stop charging in early October 2021. br>br>HP remote support connected to my laptop and swore it was an adaptor (which I had my doubts about but was proven correct after having to wait for it to be shipped to me to boot). br>br>I then had to haggle, hem, and holler to get permission to go to my local Micro Center for in-person assistance. person 3rd party warranty service (rather than shipping it to a facility in Texas and hoping to see my laptop again). br>During that time, HP suggested (probably because it was the second cheapest option for HP) shipping Micro Center a connector part that connects the external power supply to the internal power source (yet another shipment delay) - That, too, did not work. br>br>Micro Center (which, by the way, is AWESOME if you happen to live near one) correctly diagnosed the problem as being with the motherboard itself. br>HP promised to ship it "as soon as possible," but then shifted the Micro Center's release date to December 2021 through Qtr. 1 2022. Micro Center then assisted me in negotiating with HP in order to recover the majority of my funds. br>Despite the fact that the laptop was still under warranty for the first year, HP refused to replace it with a new one or give me a full refund. br>I'm never going to buy another HP laptop! HP should be ashamed of himself. br>br> HP = Horrible People! br>HP = Horrible People!.
