I like this product, but I had trouble connecting to the wifi network

Having the wireless connected now makes this product quite nice. The 14 inch screen is perfect for me, and the price is right. A size that is neither too small nor too large. It definitely pays off to buy a 1080 HD. Excellent picture quality in terms of sharpness and clarity. like the keyboard because the keys are soft to touch, they don't make a lot of noise and the backlight making them visible is a nice option. A solid 24 hours have passed since the connectivity has been stable on the product. Once it was opened and the connection was made, however, it took a few hours for it to remain In that period of time, it would connect to my network, connect, and then reconnect again within minutes. After doing a lot of research, I learned that this unit only supported Chrome OS 79. As Chrome is now at version 81, it may have helped to resolve In any case, I may contact HP to find out what is happening and if they have any insights. There are no problems with my internet connection, according to my internet provider. It has never caused me a problem to connect any of the devices in my home I am crossing my fingers that this Chromebook remains.

I am unable to connect to my wifi network

The device refuses to connect to my Trying to troubleshoot and using the utterly useless HP social media team took up several of my precious days off. Despite trying every fix, I was unable to fix the chat room or support site. We are returning and will purchase a chromebook from a different manufacturer. My experience with this company was the most frustrating I've ever had.

This thing really works well for the two to three minutes it stays connected to the wifi network. It really disappointed me that I wasted a whole day trying to make this The product will be returned, and I will choose another Acer which I have been using the past four years and still work just fine.

I'm amazed by the Chromebook's performance

My Chromebook arrived a few days ago and it took me a few minutes to get it connected to the WiFi, but once I did that, and then connected to the WiFi, I could complete the setup. I am very pleased with the quality and price. I am satisfied with the backlit keyboard, fast delivery, and I would recommend it to friends and family. This may be of some help to you.

The quality of the product is what you pay for

The appearance and functionality of this device are top-notch. Easy to set up but difficult to use You first need to sign into Chromebook as a guest, then go into settings and manually reset time and date before Chromebook will allow you to set up with your wireless network. Furthermore, your apps can only be downloaded from Chrome Play Store, as the backlighting on the keyboard is very weak and you cannot get the Google Play Store to function.

It's terrible how the camera works! On the right side of the computer, a charging port is damaged, and the computer cannot be charged. There is an equally large port on the right side as well, so it must happen because of that. The key to getting it to work is to play around with it It's such an awful computer it's just HORRIBLE It was my second HP and I won't do it.

By the end of August, when we bought this little gem in July, it had stopped working. HP isn't our first laptop nor is it our first other type of laptop The laptop we purchased was among the few we ever owned, but it is the most AWFUL, the most WORTHLESS, the most FRUSTRATING one we have ever had. The first thing you can do is forget about It is not possible to print from a It is not necessary to print. The second problem is that the computer stopped responding. All of the above. It is not possible to power up. No fix has worked despite following all of the suggested fixes. The door is as good as closed. Amazon does not offer returns or refunds since it was just over a month since we had bought it. It's impossible to contact any kind of technical or customer support. What a joke! We called and got no response. Support chat wasn't responded to other than error messages repeated over and over. This is why we strongly recommend that you CHECK OUT A FEW OTHER PRODUCTS RATHER THAN THIS.
