Lenovo has a good video on YouTube that shows how to replace the keyboard. It is not as easy to install as the video suggests, but overall it was really easy. I'm very happy with this.

My Thinkpad T480 keys have started to fail after my 3rd party parts supplier (Encompass) did not have any of the 3 compatible replacement part numbers in stock when multiple keys started to fail

The key is easy to install and similar to the original OEM part. The part appears to be of equal quality to the OEM part. It is identical to the OEM part. It took less than two minutes to install (2 screws and 2 ribbon cables). Every key is responsive as expected, as well as the back light. The TrackPoint (pointstick) appears to be slightly less sensitive than the OEM part, but that may only be due to As long as this lasts, it should be comparable to the OEM part (2 years).
