Any USB 3.0 port will work with it. 0 Host Adapter, regardless of whether it's on a card or a motherboard; I hope this helps;
No, it was discovered by my Windows 10 operating system. Try reading a card with it and see if Windows recognizes it; if it does, then the unit is in good working order.
I haven't attempted it.

0, according to the product description. 0 (now known as USB 3. 0) is a type of USB connector that was first introduced 1 Gen 1), but that's only for the single USB port; the card-reader section connects to a USB 2 header on your motherboard, which makes it slow. This is a step beyond "sneaky" and into the realm of false advertising.
It's a little too big as it is. Furthermore, everything, including the case, is made of plastic. The screws that came with the box have already stripped the hole, and it isn't very secure. This, in my opinion, is a design flaw that must be corrected. While it is a low-cost reader, it should not be this low-cost. Second, the "TF" and SD slots are connected by a wire. You should never put two cards in the bus at the same time because they will electrically short and cause corruption because the bus essentially has two cards parallel. Third, and most importantly, the manual does not contain any English. The bottom card slots are reversed, in case you didn't notice. Yes, you won't know until you've potentially harmed it. I was fortunate in that I was able to catch this. br>Fourth, when you pull out a USB flash drive, the entire bezel bends outward; if I haven't already stated, this is a very cheap device. Having said that, I was able to get around 20MB/s out of the SD card reader, which is nice, so it's at least functional and looks okay. But seriously, include a bilingual manual at the very least for those who aren't sure what they're doing, and use a stamped steel chassis at the very least. That would almost certainly give it a solid 4 star rating.
In my Corsair 600T case, I needed a card reader. I was hoping for a 5 on it. I was thinking about the 25 slot and how the grill- This device's appearance would be a good match for the 600T's grill-style front. I saw a review of a similar device in a 600T and decided to order it. WIN7 quickly identified the card reader, which read both the SD card from my camera and the micro-SD card from my SJCAM (GoPro knockoff). I'm not concerned about the difference in grill style between the 600T and the device, so I'm going to try to cut out a portion of the 600T's 5. 25 blank grill to replace the device's grill and make it blend in better with the 600T. My blue theme (fans, GigaByte mobo with blue heat sinks, Gskill Ripjaws) is enhanced by a blue card-reader light. br>br>I misunderstood step 3 of the instructions, but at the very least I have a return registration card. br>For the sloppy grill cover alignment to the device face, one star has been deducted. The unwelcome logo was crooked as well. It would have been great if there were two USB 3. 0 ports. For functionality and aesthetics, there are 0 ports.
This SD card reader accomplishes all of its objectives and is simple to set up. I removed the front panel of my case, slid the internal reader into the drive bay, secured it with screws, replaced the front panel, opened the side panel, and connected the cables to their respective connectors, then closed the side panel. br>br>It took 5 minutes, and when I turned on the computer, Windows 10 recognized it right away, without the need for any drivers. I inserted a standard SD card, the indicator light lit up, and the contents of the card loaded in a matter of seconds. The transfer of data between the card and the system went without a hitch. br>br>If you're looking for a simple SD card reader, this one will do the job admirably!.
0 port on the front of the computer. For my Optiplex, I need 0 input and a card reader. I was able to quickly and easily install the "fosa PC Front Panel" on the front of my OptiPlex. I used a USB 3. 0 20-pin connector to connect the USB port. I connected the card reader to a USB 2. 0 PCIe card that I recently purchased. When I reinstalled Windows 10 and rebooted, everything was fine in Device Manager. br>Because it was shipped directly from China, shipping took a while.
I needed a card reader front panel that would fit the 5. To match the front of my CoolerMaster Cosmos S case, I had to use a 25" bay. It's the right size. Having a USB 3. 0 port is a plus. Because my case only has two USB ports, the inclusion of a 0 port was a very nice and welcome feature. 0 ports are available, and the ones on the motherboard are located in the back of the case, making them difficult to access. This one came at a perfect time. In a computer running Windows 10, no drivers are required. It was unnecessary to map the drives: Each slot appears as a new USB drive with the drive letter assigned to it right away. Not that it's a complaint, but having USB 3 card reader slots would have been extremely useful. 0 too; Regrettably, they only connect via USB 2. 0 port, good product at a great price, considering it's the same item as the NZXT aperture M unit, which costs around US$150 (plus shipping, taxes, and other fees). handling) in my country, with the only difference being the addition of a second USB 3. 0 port. I went with the generic/NON FAMOUS BRAND product with only one USB port for US$125 less.
That's not bad. The quality of the materials was acceptable, and the workmanship was satisfactory. USB 2 br>br>USB 2 br>br>USB 2 br>br>USB 0 and 3. There is no need for any cable. The SD readers are USB 2, and there is only one USB 3 port. br>br>On the plus side, the cables are long. The installation instructions are entirely in Chinese, but honestly, it's as simple as plugging in two USB cables. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative 5. If you have a fancy "tool free" option, use it. It's a challenge to mount this 25 bay.
Due to clearance issues in my case (Bitfenix Prodigy), I needed a replacement for the optical drive. This reader's mesh screen faceplate was the perfect match for my case. All of the ports are functional as well. If you know your way around a motherboard's inputs, it'll be a breeze to set up; just make sure you have an open internal USB 2 port. A 0 and a 3 are the only two possible outcomes. The only drawback to this reader is that it only has one USB 3. 0 port. They only used one of the two ports available on the plug. I'm not sure where that came from, but there were no other complaints.
